The store is ancient. The prices are unrealistic. Even with discounts, it turns out to be more expensive than everywhere else. A cosmetic repair was done, new windows were installed, but in fact nothing has changed. There are a lot of sellers, consultants, who are very difficult to catch.

The arrangement of sections and products in the section is not logical, intuitive.
The biggest disadvantage is that in such a well-known store with a loud name there is no toilet for visitors!!! 4 floors, you can walk for hours, but there's nowhere to even wash your hands! Not to mention mothers with children, the disabled, etc. They are sent to a public toilet on the street. It's paid. We need to go down two flights of stairs to the basement. There is a stench and darkness, the light bulbs burned out (the cashier warned). The booths don't really close. The toilet is a hole in the floor. The water is only cold. And tell me, is this called a service?! It's a shame!

2) Cockroaches are crawling on the carpets on the 4th floor!!!! It's terrible! 21st century, sanitary standards, etc ...
