Back in the USSR, but still gave five stars, for some kind of peculiar atmosphere, comfort and nostalgia for the best that was in those days.))

The prices are above average, and the range is not impressive. There are discounts and promotions, but for certain brands of certain products. In some departments it is difficult to find consultants, and sometimes there is no one at the checkout for 10 minutes.
Universal, he is universal - there is everything. Discount promotions are constantly held. But if you need something from a specific manufacturer, it is better to contact a specialized store.
A standard government store.
I went mainly for fabrics. On discount days, they are often here, it turns out not a bad price, sometimes the difference is significant.
A very good department store, at the end of the month cardholders get 20% discounts on all products. The choice is worthy. There is a dining room on the fifth floor, you can eat well and inexpensively, they cook right there. On the 4th floor there is a bar with an extensive assortment up to alcohol, where they sell wonderful jelly of their own production. I walked around the store, I'm tired and you can sit down to rest on a bench right on the store's stairwells. A very convenient and good department store.
It's not bad, it's convenient that each department presents products from several brands, there are plenty to choose from. Prices sometimes break, so it's worth going on discount days, then it's very profitable to make purchases. But the "cafe" on the top floor should be put in a more decent appearance
I only do it because I live nearby.
The prices for the same thing are higher than the Central Store.
Hanging clothes is not convenient. Maybe the space is small. In my opinion, it is much more convenient to view everything on NemigA and TSUME. Shoes are postponed for 2 hours. Other department stores are quiet the next day. The price tag for the products is cosmos.
The consultants/sellers are friendly.
It was written on the Internet that the department store has been operating for 1.01.23 years, but in fact it is a day off ..... The administration is at the highest level.....
Guys, don't go there, don't waste your time. An absolutely Soviet store, there is one solid "made in Belarus" on the shelves, no quality, the choice is also not very good. In Minsk, all shopping malls will be better than this. I'll throw one star at the buffet, the bun was delicious
In general, I am satisfied, except for one thing, there is a rude and ill-mannered woman sitting in the information center, who does not know how to talk to customers at all
The Soviet Central Department Store, not the shopping center. But there are a lot of goods, grouped as in the USSR, you can wander around. The disadvantage is that the toilet is on the street and paid
In short, "a slightly modernized USSR." There are probably two advantages: the location and the cafeteria. And so there are only solid disadvantages: assortment, prices, level of service, paid toilet (and that located on the street!). When there are discounts, you can still buy something at reasonable prices (and there are a lot of customers in the department store on such days), and when there are no discounts, then the department store is empty!!! Service "at the level": I wanted to buy an iron, waited 20 minutes for the seller to come to me - and left without buying! It's clear that a lot of people are OK, I'll wait, but after three(!!!) attempts to remind me of myself and 20 minutes of wasted time-I turned around and left-that's the philosophy of the 21st century for you-the store should be interested in customers, and not treat them with an indifferent attitude!!! In perfumery-I don't say anything at all- sellers don't know the product! The same goes for the grocery section-the cashiers are slow, the packer from the meat and sausage department is not always there, the baking quality has deteriorated!!!
I evaluate the art department, because I visit mostly only it.
With confidence, I buy only paper there. I took Azart brushes 2-y flat and 5-y round. The 2nd one had to be overbought because a metal tube broke a week after the purchase. And it didn't just come off, as it usually does, but tore in the middle in just a few strokes. I was so shocked, I haven't had this before. Well, the brushes are cheap, I think it plays a role.
Acrylic... It's quite sad with him, there is only Lagoda in cans in the assortment.
1. Everyone has their own preferences, but personally I prefer lead tubes, there is only oil on the counter in such tubes.
2. "Lagoda" paint is cheap, this already explains a lot, especially its "feature"—it is liquid. I have a Lagoda in tubes, and it's like liquid honey, flowing and flowing, I do not know what it is convenient for her to write, and if the tube cracks, it's the end of the world, nothing can stop the flow, even if the tube is wrapped with masking tape, it will not last long.
Therefore, I ask you to add "Master class" acrylic to the assortment, please.
I also bought watercolor pencils, sketching markers, acrylic on fabric from you for my sample —there are no questions about them. I also took a nag, KOH-I-NOOR, erasers and firms are amazing, but the nag is not very good, Faber-Castell is better
The atmosphere is very pleasant. Wonderful sellers, without the snobbery that sellers have in some stores, with claims to high fashion, but essentially selling an obscure product! The atmosphere of Soviet times, where you are not greeted by clothes.I really liked the store. He became one of my favorites in Minsk.I definitely visit it when I come to Belarus from Russia. Unfortunately, we have no such department stores left. At least, I don't know them.
A wonderful selection of non-food products! And there are often discounts. 4 points for insufficient choice of meat and fish in the grocery department and there is no accessible lift with a baby stroller, and there is a sign on the escalator prohibiting lifting with a stroller, but I still climb it. The freight elevator is almost never available or wait 15-20 minutes.
A large shopping center, as a rule, has a Belarusian assortment, to put it mildly - the time of the USSR, but that's not the point: there is no toilet for visitors here! There are a lot of floors, a cafe, and the toilet near the hotel is the nearest.... we could have thought of this moment somehow...
I liked the choice of products and ... but most importantly the staff.

The department store is large, there are many different departments; products, cosmetics, household goods, jewelry, etc. everywhere mainly Belarusian products. Four stars for not being in it... toilets)) We need to go outside somewhere.
A wide range of especially domestic products. The service is at a high level. In the cold season, it is suggested to use the wardrobe, so as not to sweat in outerwear and not to carry it around. Attentive sellers (linen and knitwear department) excellent discount system
It would seem that a large department store with a large selection of everything, and even attractive discounts. But that was not the case. It is worth visiting the women's clothing department and it is quite enough to escape from there. A complete nightmare is going on, everything is cluttered with clothes, apparently they order all the successful and unsuccessful creations of Belarusian and others. manufacturers. I looked through one rack of dresses, I felt like I was pulling a bag of potatoes all day. The clothes on the hangers are already torn, crumpled, lying on the floor, or of a different size. The racks are crowded with those manufacturers who could not pay for a normal place. It's time to end this. It's time to learn how to trade, to present the product in all its glory. There is no way to distinguish it from a second-hand store. The lighting is a nightmare! It's dark everywhere, all over the hall, so how can you read the label? Sellers stand like prisoners and look "nowhere" although they must observe the rules everywhere. We need to change the leadership and much more.
The store seems to have nothing. But they constantly change the location of the sections. Now children's shoes have been dragged to the 4th floor (not convenient).
Three points for trying to match modernity, but so far it has not worked out.
An outdated shopping center, shops are not very popular for today's youth, there is a cafe on the top floor. There is no toilet, there is a paid one on the street to the left of the main entrance
I hate this store. They're constantly selling some kind of crap. I understand that the Belarusian manufacturer needs to be promoted, but I would like a normal alternative. There are many departments, like everything, but at the same time there is always something missing. In general, the store is stuck in the perestroika period)
The store has become much better than before after the update. But we still need to work with the staff in the direction of politeness and customer orientation. When buying shoes for a child, there was a 40% discount, they sold them from 30%. This is illegal. It took a very long time to decide, and until she came up after 20 minutes, there was no reaction. It seems that the sellers are doing us a favor by giving us the goods,
Prices are a third higher than other stores. And only on days of 30% discounts do prices approach the average in Minsk. There are a large number of product groups, but the assortment in each group is narrow, which is logical for such stores
