I refueled there with supposedly winter diesel fuel. It was freezing at night -16. In the morning -12. The car started up and a minute later stalled from freezing diesel fuel. Apparently they are selling an old batch of summer diesel fuel. This has never happened at Belneftekhim. Chet pulled over there to refuel at this gas station. I'll never do it again.

I come here often, I will note a few positive points:

- cafe.
And this is all in addition to the gas station, the store, the toilet (and it also happens to be important)). All at decent prices and in one place, conveniently located near the interchange on the MKAD. My resume is a great place!

And they lazily crawled up to look at the fastidiousness, answering that this is always the case with them and this is the norm... In addition, payment by coupons (you buy at the checkout, then scan this coupon near the car wash box. You can't buy it for the future. i.e. only for now). If you haven't invested, run for the next one. It seems that the calculation is that there are no visitors and this is the norm when you do not meet the allotted time, leave the car and go somewhere. But UC has other places with a sink, we need to stop by. Suddenly, only this point is a joint, but everything is fine. Shortly Worse than the A-100. I do not recommend it.

Hello. I will tell you my experience when buying a car wash service at this gas station (although for some reason they call it a self-service car wash). 12.11.2021 I bought a car wash service. During operation, it was automatically stopped, the brush was just at the level of the right rear-view mirror and at the same time closing it completely, the touch sensor triggered (the stop was recorded by a surveillance camera, which is located inside the car wash itself). Naturally, I asked the gas station operator to turn on the car wash to finish washing the car. As soon as the brush started moving, I immediately saw a scratch and asked to stop the car wash. To the question "what are we going to do?", I was told that this was not a car wash and the damage had been received earlier. I suggested looking at the surveillance cameras for a reliable definition. The operator said that the car did not get into the video recording area. I suggested looking at the rest of the cameras, since they are installed around the perimeter before the car wash, which are 95% likely to be visible. But they told me that it was not visible there and they did not even show the recording. In an attempt to resolve this issue, a clear answer was received: "this is not a car wash and we are not responsible, if you want, here is a stand with instructions for visiting a car wash."(I am attaching a photo of the stand below for familiarization purposes). As a result, a police officer was called and all this was recorded in the protocol, as well as an appeal was recorded in the book of "comments and suggestions" with a request to ensure the safety and provide video recordings to police officers. After reviewing the instructions, it was found that cars with wheels exceeding 16 radius are forbidden to wash (the gas station operator said "No, you can. It's just that the wheels may not be completely washed), which suggests the absurdity of individual prohibitions. Among such prohibitions is also the presence of a license plate frame, as well as with rear-view mirrors, which do not have a folding function. BUT THE FACT THAT THEY CAN BE STACKED IS NOT SPECIFIED!!!!!!! I am sure that the gas station has written such a stand to remove all responsibility from itself, thereby showing the lack of any interest in you as a buyer of the service (this is subjective) and it is not yet the fact that all maintenance measures have been carried out for this car wash, but as you understand, information on these issues will not be provided. In view of this situation, I can say that the choice of a car wash at this gas station is YOURS!!!! I told my story, for example. AND I SINCERELY HOPE THAT NO ONE ELSE WILL GET INTO SUCH A SITUATION.
