My stitches were dry when I was discharged on February 29, everything was fine and on March 4, on the day of treatment, they were removed, the girl from the registry who went down to the treatment room asked the nurse how many centimeters the seam was. AND THE FUN BEGAN. to my husband, who was waiting in the corridor of the 4th floor, the same girl from the reception desk, who worked on March 4 and was at the workplace at 18:00, offered to pay for the suture removal procedure this time, and then DECEPTION!!! THERE IS A RECEIPT ON HAND on which it is clearly written that for a seam from 1 to 5 cm the payment is 5000tt, I have BOTH SEAMS IN TOTAL 18 cm, so 20000tt, when rounding, God forbid the surgeons did not get 2 cm, but come on, they were ready to pay for 3 cm as for 5 cm 50,000 TT But NO, 15 centimeters were properly counted for 15,000, but the REMAINING three centimeters were counted at 3000tt PER CENTIMETER!!!, that is, 3000tt + 3000tt + 3000tt = 9000tt. ❗Administration, please pay attention, visitors are being deceived! - отвратительный персонал не ресепшене… опустим то, что они грубые и безобразно общаются, но они даже не знают какие врачи есть в клинике 🤦🏻♀️ «смотрите на сайте» (на сайте в итоге посмотрела и оказалось, что там информация неверна… наверное… ответить мне так и не смогли)

Красиво. Тепло. Очередь. Врачи хорошие. Обслуживание соответствует оплате. На парковке лед. При таких ценах, в принцтпе, можно было лед раздолбить, чтобы люди комфортно заходили в ваше учреждение.
Оборудование новое цены адекватные. Но бывает запишется по телефону а приходишь нет записи. Нужно проработать более ответственно подходить к записи пациентов
Приходил один раз. Обслуживание понравилось. Клиника новая поэтому приятно находится. На счет профессионализма врачей незнаю, но всё оборудование новое. Клиника расширяется. Совершенствуется.
Уровень клиентоориентированности регистратуры стремится к нулю. Есть ощущение , что любой вопрос , даже самый простой персоналу в тягость и от тебя хотят избавиться как можно быстрее.
В целом всё очень даже неплохо, но минусы в том, что огромные очереди и никак не могут сделать запись, приходится ждать месяцами, к примеру, запись к нервопатологу.
Хочу отметить работу девочек администраторов. Очень вежливые и терпеливые,доступно объясняют и стараются помочь. Медперсонал очень профессиональный и вежливый,работают слажено. Качество работы соответствует ценам. Отдельное спасибо работникам лаборатории!
Некоторые менеджеры очень невнимательны в своей работе. Записывают на одно и тоже время. Смысл записи отсутствует, потому что всеравно по времени не принимают. Всегда с большим опозданием. Запись на узи проблемматична. Тоже долго ждать. Хотелось бы чтобы обслуживание было гораздо лучше
Лаборатория может и хорошая, но при сдаче ПЦР теста мой муж получил результат и проходил с этой справкой 2 дня показывая ОТРИЦАТЕЛЬНО. Но когда я хотела положить его в файл обратила внимание на ФИО.

Ожидал очень многого от этой поликлинники ! Но увы! В досмотровой мужской кабинет в очереди толпы пациентов. Да и долго обслуживала врач. А в целом само здание прекрасное и чистое!
