The hotel is a solid *troika*. I just arranged the price. It's not very convenient to go to the center, it's 15 minutes to the beach. But there is a "Russian" market and shops nearby. There is a cafe above, huge portions, the price is excellent- there is a woman hostess (there is a Russian calendar on the wall for guidance) . So there are a lot of places to eat, but this "cafe" is fine with the price and menu))I recommend looking at the hotels further on Jomtien- it will be convenient to leave by tuk tuks and the beach is closer, calmly, for family holidays

It was a dirty hotel, the breakfasts were terrible, it wasn't delicious, the cherries were in dirty bowls and midges were flying over it all. The choice is minimal, but if you come in the afternoon for breakfast, you won't have that either. On the terrace, during breakfast, I watched (last year, the year before) a dirty sock hanging on a bush))
There is no territory of its own, there is a pool on the roof- it is clear that there has never been a general one. The boards are rotten, the food in the cafe by the pool and the shakes for 3 and 2, the pizza is edible by the way)
The shower room has not been washed even once in 12 days!
It's disgusting, I got into the dirty slime on the hose, just brrrr.
I would definitely not return to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.
The hotel staff is very friendly, and they give you a local drink upon arrival, which is very tasty. Beach towels at the reception. "Cleaning" of rooms daily and gratuities, unfortunately, do not affect the quality of cleaning(
Linen and towels are changed almost daily.
If you do the general cleaning and teach the locals how to clean the European standard, replace the boards, and take a little more love and care for breakfast, it will be a great hotel.

Ohhh, how upset we were when we moved to this hotel! Of course, everything is known in comparison, but I do not recommend going here. An old, tortured, old TV in the room. And the lack of a dryer for things has become an unpleasant moment for us!!!!((((((
Breakfasts are mediocre, you won't wash your face with hunger. We booked it back in Russia based on reviews and it was second on our list, we booked three hotels in total. The price is 3k ceiling, the location is relatively not bad. The night market and seven are close by . That's all, a small balcony, in general, it can be listed for a long time
