Beautiful swimming pool, super view of the water from any room. Ivan Setveryakov's kite station is the best on the shore. The water area at low tide is comfortable, without a strong shorebreak

We stayed at this hotel in October-November 2019. it's TERRIBLE!!!! I'm not afraid of that word!!!!!The construction site on the main beach of the hotel (this is something ...".the Bulgarian"worked on the stone to the fullest!!! ... and this is 3-5 meters from the sunbeds!!!!!but these are still flowers...a huge construction site next to the hotel!!!!The workers started work 5-45 in the morning!!!!The distance from our balcony was 10-15 meters. (beating cement manually, etc.) The noise is all over the neighborhood!!!Special claims to the room manager...The Serbs!!!!!(she just hates Russians!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)and he does everything to make our vacation a failure!!!!!!!!!!!(I am responsible for every word!!!!!!!!!)I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!!PEOPLE GET THIS RIGHT....SOME NERVES EVERY DAY!!!!!!...AND NOT A LITTLE OF YOUR MONEY IS WASTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The video is available.as proof!!!!!

we had a rest in October 2019. so we were waiting for a vacation...... but we didn't get to rest, but to a construction site!!!!! not only is the construction of a new hotel on the left, but also a full-fledged construction site on the territory of our beach.....everything is as it should be, dust, cement, noise, dirt, the Bulgarian did not stop talking, the smell of paint in the heat was maddening!!! The attitude of the owner and the staff itself killed with its indifference and indifference in the truest sense of the word!!! Upon arrival, they settled on the 2nd floor, overlooking the construction site. After the scandal, they moved to the fourth floor and lo and behold ........ the air conditioner does not work, the safe does not work, the room is dirty, the stuffiness is unbearable. After another request, we were moved to the 3rd floor. That's where we stayed. They are being fooled about the numbers, the picture and reality do not match at all!!!! To provide a more comfortable room, they ask for an additional payment of $ 10, $ 20 for each day. When asked why the guests are not informed that they are planning construction work and do not reduce the cost of living during the construction period, no one answered anything and did not even apologize!!! I do not recommend this hotel for a holiday!!!! Not rest, but torment!!!!!!!

Were 08.02.20. If you buy with a view of the garden (garden view) - that's the view construction site, a new hotel is being built to the right of the entrance. Meals for 3 people.(but you can eat). I've never seen the pool washed.

The hotel is not bad, but construction is underway next to the hotel for the second season, and construction will continue for at least 2-3 years. So think about it before booking.
