It's so beautiful to lie in the room and look at the pool and the garden - it touches!

What else is needed! -
Thanks to the Hotel - I'm for him - for his support!

Rested - March 2024 - the hotel is empty and pleasant neighbors- few children.
The renovation in the rooms is fresh
Close location to the old town. 10-15 minutes is a pleasant walk to the neatest beach with sun loungers. Average nutrition. I would say modest.

Hello, I want to share a review with tourists who are vacationing with children. We had a vacation with our son in the summer of 2024. To say that they were shocked is to say nothing. We were immediately checked into a large room, where the curtains were torn off by half, there was no toilet paper and soap, but there was dirty bedding and 1 wet used towel. All this seemed to be eliminated in a few days, but we were still in for a surprise with water. They didn't give water to the room, as in other hotels, per person, if you want to drink, go to the bar, the bartender was periodically absent, and then you can only drink in glasses there, if you want water in the room, then buy a bottle. I did not buy it in principle, because the tour was with all-inclusive meals. Thank you, we met the previous manager from another hotel (we rested in Naama Bay, he was still the manager there), God bless him, gave us free and gratuitous water and allowed us to pour from the cooler, which was also forbidden by other employees.Even the guide from the hotel said water is not a problem, give a bottle, and they will collect, only in the end the hotel staff said they could only sell.We went to fight with them every day, it's not a vacation. I understand that this is a three, but in other countries this is not even a nightmare. The food is monotonous, there was no choice at all, if there was chicken for lunch, beef for dinner, a couple of side dishes, a bunch of different cabbage, which we can't stand, if you're 30 minutes late for a meal, then cucumbers and tomatoes are difficult to find. There were only drinks at the bar, that is, from meals only breakfast -lunch-dinner with a long period of time, there were no snacks, I had to take a pie to the room from lunch and dinner (which is also prohibited) to drink at least tea.Of the vacationers, I was the only one with a child, Russians, and the rest were Arabs. The hotel is dirty, only after our swearing they began to come to the room every day to wash the floors. Regarding the beach now, 600 m was indicated in the description, in fact this is the distance if you go through someone else's hotel across the street, but they were not allowed there, bypassing through the main entrance 900 m, and on the way back 300 m into the hill (this is hell in the heat of 50 degrees). The bus took me there at 9 a.m., and was picked up at 14.00, but in the morning we still went, and walked back, because waiting until 14 before lunch is very hot after 11.30, the sun is nauseating. So if you expect to go with small children, this hotel is definitely not an option, my adult walked. Now one of the advantages is a gorgeous sea, we can swim and there is a beautiful reef. Only those with small children, the beach is not suitable, because the entrance is only by car, or by a ramp, but it is deep there. Another minus was waiting for us, the sea is closed at 18.00. I thought I heard it, but yes, the entrance is closed everywhere, everyone is being kicked out, but this is from our beach, others were open until 19.00.And the same problem with the hotel pool. I thought okay, we'll swim there, but no, they won't let us in, they say it's closed at 17.00, they clean it, although our windows overlooked the pool, more than one cleaner was not near the pool all the time in the evening. So there is no point in either the pool or the slides at all. The shops are far away, I mean Mango store chains, about 1 km away, but there is everything from basic necessities to bags and silver, mangoes are cheap, tasty and ripe for $ 1, and on the street vendors sell for 2.5.So for souvenirs and fruits go there along the shops with magnets and then ask. The only plus is a working air conditioner and cheap excursions. So when choosing a hotel in Arab countries below 4 stars, you should not take it.
The hotel is old, battered, but the rooms are large, the mattresses are acceptably comfortable. The attitude towards vacationers is extremely dismissive, you can forget about the word service, by the way, this applies to all budget charm hotels, it is at the bottom level or a couple of mm from it) They even managed to lay street tiles, banging with hammers until ONE o'CLOCK in the MORNING, throwing sand and mortar all over everything!!!!! They come to clean the room, but carelessly, they feed khruchev, although there was a delicious chicken a couple of times, the assortment is narrow, the dishes are all chipped, there is not enough food, especially if you do not come to the beginning of the meal. Of the advantages, this is one of the most tolerable inexpensive options, there are shops, cafes nearby, 1-1.5 km from the sea, depends on the beach. I don't think it's good to go here on tour, it's better not to spoil your vacation, but for wintering you can consider, the main thing is the price, my room (2 adults and a 9-year-old child) with three beds cost 13 USD a day half board. I didn't expect much for this money, but those who paid 40-50 for it on the tour were FURIOUS!!!
