The uni service company employs some scammers who position themselves as "the best and high-quality repair of household appliances." They called us from home on Saturday, they gave us a disgusting diagnosis and counted repairs for 50k. They promised to do everything on Sunday. Then on Sunday, the repair day was postponed to Monday. At the same time, the master came and never called in advance, whether we were at home or not. Apparently, they think that they are the only ones who work, and we are waiting for them 24/7. That's okay. They promised to arrive on Monday morning, but in the end they didn't arrive at all. To my calls and questions "where is the master?" I was transferred from one line to another and promised to be transported with information about when the master would arrive. Of course, they didn't call back. The scammers themselves called at 10 p.m. and offered to make a typewriter at 12 a.m. When I refused, they said they would do it on Tuesday morning. As a result, he arrived on Tuesday evening and suddenly "found" another breakdown. Suddenly, yeah. He took the whole car and said that on Wednesday at 9 a.m. he VOWS to bring a ready-made car. Yeah, of course. Arrived on Wednesday at 5 p.m. They counted the repairs for 120k, and allegedly made a 20% discount on the 5-day waiting period. Although the website says that everyone who came from the site gets a 25% discount automatically. Scammers. When they started asking about the repair, what was replaced and how, the master Suddenly remembered that he had replaced another sensor and allegedly forgot to inform them that it was broken. Less than 30 minutes later, he left, and the car BROKE DOWN again. Moreover, the pump broke, which was not broken before the intervention of the master. They can only respond to calls and complaints by saying "we are not scammers." Disgusting service. I regret that I applied at all. Let them pick up their repairs and return my money.

I do not recommend this company!! This is real theft under the guise of a service center. They counted 264,000 tenge for the repair of the dryer!!! After numerous disputes and threats from the court and the police, they made a discount of up to 180 thousand tenge! I asked you to pick up the dryer! Not at all. I do not really know if they actually replaced the pump and other things that they promised me. The dryer is still running. But for that kind of money, you can buy a new one!!! these are scammers who supposedly work as a service center. They mostly come in twos to take the equipment away. they disassemble it on the spot, "reveal" a breakdown that costs fabulous money and take away the equipment. Be careful, they work under different names.
