I would put 0 stars if it were possible. If you want to get a lot of problems, buy from this company. We bought an air conditioner, and when paying, we were given a period of 7-10 days for installation. In fact, the deadlines were postponed 4 times (allegedly due to the timing of the production of the box by their contractors), the air conditioner lay on the balcony for a month. It was only after the threat of leaving negative reviews that they were able to come to us for installation. Service and normal attitude only until the moment of payment. Also, when installing the air conditioner, 100 rubles were added for installing the box, although this amount was not specified during the initial inspection of the installation site. The level of service from the 80s, when you have to run after someone who provides you with a PAID service! Special greetings to the manager Vadim.

I am extremely disappointed in the post-warranty service provided by SWComfort. At first everything looked good — the air conditioner was installed without problems, but when malfunctions occurred after the end of the warranty period, I faced real difficulties.
When I called the support service to request service, the manager was extremely rude and showed no desire to help. As a result, after two weeks of waiting, it was not possible to call the master to diagnose the air conditioner.
In conclusion, the post-warranty service of SWComfort leaves much to be desired. I cannot recommend this company to those who value their time and money.

In response, manager Vadim said that he could not contact the team and they could not install an air conditioner, and they would also get through. I called back an hour later, the girl already picked up the phone and as soon as she found out that the installation was for me, she immediately contacted Vadim)))))
To which he replied that he had not yet contacted the installer and said: "That you're calling in 15 minutes."
But they would have said right away that they would not be able to install equipment that day, I would have contacted other guys!
