We negotiated delivery on a weekday after 6 p.m. with the plumbing vendor. If the Smart Delivery dispatcher had said immediately during the first call that delivery in the evening on a weekday would not work, and we would have immediately agreed on Saturday, then there would not have been several postponements, and everything would have been fine. I have been contacting the Smart Delivery transportation company more than once. The goods were always delivered whole and on time. The dispatcher always called me in the morning and told me what time the car would be arriving. The driver always called about an hour before arrival. There were no overlays when there were none. It was even at the request of Brest, they received my goods themselves, photographed and sent me a photo and delivered it to Mogilev in three days. I recommend that the guys work very well.
