It's faster to order from the other side of the city and it will arrive faster, and it feels like it was because it was brought cold. It's how they cooked it so that it had time to cool down. They dropped a salt shaker into the egg and decided not to redo it, or I do not know why it tastes so much salt. The waiters have to be called and reminded that they forgot to bring.
Poke and sushi are more or less, although I would not say that it is just delicious, as they write here. Initially, we wanted to order dessert, but changed our mind, there were plans for the next couple of days besides waiting for dishes. Ice cream was requested twice (!), the waiting time was also about an hour. Apparently they have weak freezers and did not have time to freeze the ice cream, because I do not understand what you can do with ice cream for an hour.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the staff, this is the level of a shawarma shop, and not an institution of this scale.
I thank the entire staff of the Umi restaurant for the pleasant atmosphere, mega delicious gastro fest of meat, rolls, rice and potatoes. Friendly Yana will serve you quickly and ask if you liked everything. As far as I understand the question "are there any comments?" it is the responsibility of the administrator during the calculation, but apparently the administrator is not ready to listen to the comments themselves. We made a comment that it would be good to warn guests that under "Chinese tea" in the menu, the presentation of the tea ceremony is meant, we counted on an ordinary kettle of course. They replied in the format of wishes, without negativity, and also stressed that the set was great and liked everything. To which the "administrator" told us with undisguised sarcasm: that is, you ordered a tea ceremony and you were not satisfied that it was a tea ceremony?

I was at a gastrofest in this institution and I want to make an overall assessment based on a combination of factors.
1. At the time of the gastrofest, the institution does not have a completely basic menu, but despite this, the waiting time for the first positions was 57 minutes.
2. It follows from paragraph 1, a very long serving of dishes. Taking into account that the first positions are rice and a piece of salmon burned with a burner and poured with prepared sauce, it is absolutely unclear to me why the first course was served for 57 minutes and the waiter did not warn about the long wait, only apologized a million times.
3. Maintenance. In general, the waiter Diana coped at a completely acceptable level, was a little inattentive when she took away the appliances with dirty dishes and did not bring new ones. Unfortunately, I did not find out the name of the waitress, there are certain questions (about the appearance of a full woman with dark hair), she answered the questions rather rudely. The menu that was served is all tired and dirty.
4. The taste of the dishes. In my subjective opinion, only potatoes in garlic sauce are worthy of attention, the rest of the dishes are absolutely artless, the taste is absolutely simple and understandable, the rolls raise questions (see photo), salmon in two dishes is absolutely tasteless.

We visited your place today. Seth was a disappointment! The most edible were rice and ginger-citrus sauce. Salmon is tasteless, it is not clear whether they tried to salt it or cook it. The hot stuff turned out to be cold and sickly sweet, one solid lumpy mass. You can't even look at the rolls without tears: no sauce, no fish, and it looks like someone has already eaten them, but they didn't have enough strength to finish, they put them in the refrigerator, and a few days later they were served as a fresh dish. It's a shame! There is no dessert at all.
As for the service: when booking a table, we were immediately limited in time (2 hours) and added that there is no main menu - OK! We arrived, the drinks menu was brought to us immediately, but they only asked about the choice after 15 minutes. It took 25 minutes to wait for the first course of the set!??? The poor waiter girl was running around with frightened eyes, the unfriendly receptionist, as mentioned in the reviews below, is "passive-aggressive" and who clearly does not know how to work in the field of service and maintenance, but some kind of reception desk would be more suitable, the only(!) a floor hanger for the entire establishment, which, if I'm not mistaken, has 10 tables for a different number of people. I won't hide it, there was also a niche in the wall where you could hang jackets on hangers ... but to get to it, you need to get through that very floor hanger, pushing aside all the clothes, which already weigh about 10 jackets. Deciding not to mess with other people's clothes, we hung them on the floor.
We were shown to a table and the menu was handed out. It immediately shows that the average check of the institution is above average. After choosing several dishes, we were ready to order, but the waiter said that there was no dish. We asked for something else, but it also wasn't there. As a result, a third of the menu is on the stop list, which we were not informed about. The only thing we were told was that if we ordered sushi, we would have to wait about 50 minutes for them. We asked the girl to wait to decide which of the leftovers on the menu we wanted to order. There was even an option to leave and eat somewhere else, but hunger took its toll and we decided not to waste time and eat here.
As a result, we managed to choose several items from hot dishes, soup, tea, desserts (they will be discussed separately).

It was much faster to order delivery from another place to be brought to this one and eat) We didn't want to wait for them anymore, pay and leave, but the waiter assured us that everything would be ready within 10 minutes. In the end, they brought it, ate, and it was time for dessert. I didn't have to wait long for him, though. Most likely because they don't cook it there, but they already put it on a plate and sprinkle it with powder, which is not to say about the wok. They probably cook it from scratch, knead dough, make noodles, etc. ... because why this simple dish was prepared for so long is unknown.
For dessert, we ordered some mochi, a delicate dessert made of elastic, thin dough and a delicate filling. It was just awful. Although I'm not a fan of him, what they brought us was a real fiasco. Have you ever seen that a mochi can hold a fork? And that it's half molded, the bottom of the dessert is a solid inner filling? And the fact that the dough itself is removed with a fork entirely, like a hard shell and breaks into crumbs? They couldn't keep silent about this anymore and told the waiter. The girl apologized and left somewhere. After a couple of minutes, she returned and brought a plate with another dessert, saying, "As an apology, instead of mochi, accept this dessert. Unfortunately, he's our last one, so there's only one." 😃
Anyway, getting ready to leave, we went to the exit to get dressed. But here we are waiting for another quest – to find our jackets. Do you remember that hanger I told you about at the very beginning? And so. All the jackets have been hung out more than once by other visitors, in an attempt to find their own in this mess. As a result, the loops on the jackets are torn off.
My friends were also upset that they brought us here. They said that this had never happened here. And if they were in our place, when they came here for the first time, they would never come back.
But there are also advantages – a modern toilet. This is the first time I've seen such a pot in a restaurant, where the cellophane on the toilet seat changes automatically) If you want to retire with an advanced toilet, then you can safely visit this restaurant. There is always nowhere to sit, the hall is always empty, and everything is supposedly abandoned. Prices are not normal for mini portions. Initially, the place was blooming and smelling, but immediately slid below the baseboard. The funny thing about all this is that they call themselves a "restaurant," God, if it's a restaurant, then what's a cafe? The cafeteria at school?
