I am not spoiled by establishments, but I have been to several, there is something to compare it with. Among the advantages: the atmosphere and design, a technological toilet, everything in general.
A very long wait, more than an hour and a half, literally, I do not know how ramen is prepared, but not as much... It's faster to order from the other side of the city and it will arrive faster, and it feels like it was because it was brought cold. It's how they cooked it so that it had time to cool down. They dropped a salt shaker into the egg and decided not to redo it, or I do not know why it tastes so much salt. The waiters have to be called and reminded that they forgot to bring.
Poke and sushi are more or less, although I would not say that it is just delicious, as they write here. Initially, we wanted to order dessert, but changed our mind, there were plans for the next couple of days besides waiting for dishes. Ice cream was requested twice (!), the waiting time was also about an hour. Apparently they have weak freezers and did not have time to freeze the ice cream, because I do not understand what you can do with ice cream for an hour.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the staff, this is the level of a shawarma shop, and not an institution of this scale.

I thank the entire staff of the Umi restaurant for the pleasant atmosphere, mega delicious gastro fest of meat, rolls, rice and potatoes. Friendly Yana will serve you quickly and ask if you liked everything. The best place to relax, very tasty and unrealistically decorated, the greens on red fish with ginger sauce are just a bomb, I've never tried anything like this in my life, my LOVE from the first fork, thank chef Eugene!!!

We were at the gastrofest on 01.12. I liked the set. Thanks a lot to the waiter and the kitchen staff. We have discovered new tastes.
In principle, everything was positive until the administrator came to count us, as I understand from the review below, the same Ulyana. The girl behaved arrogantly, the passive-aggressive form of her self-expression left a negative impression about the institution. A person does not know how to work in the service sector.
As far as I understand the question "are there any comments?" it is the responsibility of the administrator during the calculation, but apparently the administrator is not ready to listen to the comments themselves. We made a comment that it would be good to warn guests that under "Chinese tea" in the menu, the presentation of the tea ceremony is meant, we counted on an ordinary kettle of course. They replied in the format of wishes, without negativity, and also stressed that the set was great and liked everything. To which the "administrator" told us with undisguised sarcasm: that is, you ordered a tea ceremony and you were not satisfied that it was a tea ceremony?
If the administrator cannot respond adequately to the answer, maybe it is not worth asking a question?

Hello everyone Well, I finally visited this place. I'm looking for a delicious Tom Yam in the city, what can I say about it? Let's start with the serving size.
1. The portion is not large
2. I don't think it's sharp enough.
3. Mussels are also superfluous in this dish.
4. There wasn't enough coconut milk per serving.
Overall, this Tom Yam is the most delicious in the city, but not enough. I would advise the restaurant management to contact a restaurant in Moscow called "Asians" to conduct a master class for chefs, if you can reproduce how they cook there, you will have a lot of customers. I also ordered a mojito, surprised by a piece of lemon instead of lime ((it also seemed very sweet. Overall, it's not bad, but there is something to improve. Therefore, only 3 stars.

I was at a gastrofest in this institution and I want to make an overall assessment based on a combination of factors.
1. At the time of the gastrofest, the institution does not have a completely basic menu, but despite this, the waiting time for the first positions was 57 minutes.
2. It follows from paragraph 1, a very long serving of dishes. Taking into account that the first positions are rice and a piece of salmon burned with a burner and poured with prepared sauce, it is absolutely unclear to me why the first course was served for 57 minutes and the waiter did not warn about the long wait, only apologized a million times.
3. Maintenance. In general, the waiter Diana coped at a completely acceptable level, was a little inattentive when she took away the appliances with dirty dishes and did not bring new ones. Unfortunately, I did not find out the name of the waitress, there are certain questions (about the appearance of a full woman with dark hair), she answered the questions rather rudely. The menu that was served is all tired and dirty.
4. The taste of the dishes. In my subjective opinion, only potatoes in garlic sauce are worthy of attention, the rest of the dishes are absolutely artless, the taste is absolutely simple and understandable, the rolls raise questions (see photo), salmon in two dishes is absolutely tasteless.

We came here for a gastrofest. On a weekday, all tables for 6 p.m. were already booked. It was 5:45 p.m. The receptionist said that we would be in time if we ordered only the gastrofest menu. In principle, the latte and dessert turned out to be quite good. But the fact that we had to leave quickly at 18:00 (another couple was already waiting for the table) somewhat spoiled the impression of the establishment. Therefore, so far only 3 stars. And I don't know if we'll come here again. We don't like overly hyped and crowded places.

We visited your place today. Seth was a disappointment! The most edible were rice and ginger-citrus sauce. Salmon is tasteless, it is not clear whether they tried to salt it or cook it. The hot stuff turned out to be cold and sickly sweet, one solid lumpy mass. You can't even look at the rolls without tears: no sauce, no fish, and it looks like someone has already eaten them, but they didn't have enough strength to finish, they put them in the refrigerator, and a few days later they were served as a fresh dish. It's a shame! There is no dessert at all.
As for the service: when booking a table, we were immediately limited in time (2 hours) and added that there is no main menu - OK! We arrived, the drinks menu was brought to us immediately, but they only asked about the choice after 15 minutes. It took 25 minutes to wait for the first course of the set!??? And there are 35 drinks themselves (tea, coffee and lemonade) !??? So if the staff is working so "fast", maybe they should be limited in time?

We were here with a company on 25.01.25. I ordered sushi for myself, ate one piece, and saw a black hair in the next. The waiter took the sushi away and later returned to ask if I would wait for other redone ones or refuse them. She refused, and the money was returned. I tried sushi from a friend, the avocado was like raw potatoes. We also had a tea ceremony, but the waitress did not answer the question (pottery or not). Everyone in the establishment was sad and not particularly friendly.

My friends invited me to visit this restaurant. They had already been there several times and praised him in absentia.
The story began with a table reservation. They called, but they didn't pick up the phone. A minute later, the receptionist called me back and we managed to book a table for four in the near future.
When we entered the hall, the atmosphere immediately alerted me. The poor waiter girl was running around with frightened eyes, the unfriendly receptionist, as mentioned in the reviews below, is "passive-aggressive" and who clearly does not know how to work in the field of service and maintenance, but some kind of reception desk would be more suitable, the only(!) a floor hanger for the entire establishment, which, if I'm not mistaken, has 10 tables for a different number of people. I won't hide it, there was also a niche in the wall where you could hang jackets on hangers ... but to get to it, you need to get through that very floor hanger, pushing aside all the clothes, which already weigh about 10 jackets. Deciding not to mess with other people's clothes, we hung them on the floor.
We were shown to a table and the menu was handed out. It immediately shows that the average check of the institution is above average. After choosing several dishes, we were ready to order, but the waiter said that there was no dish. We asked for something else, but it also wasn't there. As a result, a third of the menu is on the stop list, which we were not informed about. The only thing we were told was that if we ordered sushi, we would have to wait about 50 minutes for them. We asked the girl to wait to decide which of the leftovers on the menu we wanted to order. There was even an option to leave and eat somewhere else, but hunger took its toll and we decided not to waste time and eat here.
As a result, we managed to choose several items from hot dishes, soup, tea, desserts (they will be discussed separately).
The tea and tea ceremony set were taken out in 10-15 minutes. Main dishes in 40-50 minutes. There are no questions about the kitchen. Everything was warm, delicious and beautiful. After we ate the first dishes, we waited for the second ones. I had to wait a sooo long time. From the moment the waiter accepted the order, they were taken out to us in 1.5-2 hours. It was much faster to order delivery from another place to be brought to this one and eat) We didn't want to wait for them anymore, pay and leave, but the waiter assured us that everything would be ready within 10 minutes. In the end, they brought it, ate, and it was time for dessert. I didn't have to wait long for him, though. Most likely because they don't cook it there, but they already put it on a plate and sprinkle it with powder, which is not to say about the wok. They probably cook it from scratch, knead dough, make noodles, etc. ... because why this simple dish was prepared for so long is unknown.
For dessert, we ordered some mochi, a delicate dessert made of elastic, thin dough and a delicate filling. It was just awful. Although I'm not a fan of him, what they brought us was a real fiasco. Have you ever seen that a mochi can hold a fork? And that it's half molded, the bottom of the dessert is a solid inner filling? And the fact that the dough itself is removed with a fork entirely, like a hard shell and breaks into crumbs? They couldn't keep silent about this anymore and told the waiter. The girl apologized and left somewhere. After a couple of minutes, she returned and brought a plate with another dessert, saying, "As an apology, instead of mochi, accept this dessert. Unfortunately, he's our last one, so there's only one." 😃
Anyway, getting ready to leave, we went to the exit to get dressed. But here we are waiting for another quest – to find our jackets. Do you remember that hanger I told you about at the very beginning? And so. All the jackets have been hung out more than once by other visitors, in an attempt to find their own in this mess. As a result, the loops on the jackets are torn off.
My friends were also upset that they brought us here. They said that this had never happened here. And if they were in our place, when they came here for the first time, they would never come back.
But there are also advantages – a modern toilet. This is the first time I've seen such a pot in a restaurant, where the cellophane on the toilet seat changes automatically) If you want to retire with an advanced toilet, then you can safely visit this restaurant. Well, if service and maintenance are important to you, then I recommend choosing another institution.

I don't recommend it to anyone at all.
The attitude towards the guests is so-so. The hair is in rice, the food is served cold. Every day is like a field of miracles. Today it will be either too salty or too sour, or you will be served a meat dish without meat, just lard. Noodles are a separate topic of conversation. It seems that they just took the funchosa from euroopt for quick cooking. Desserts didn't please either.
Oh, and by the way, the rice is terribly filled with vinegar, apparently served as leftovers from rolls.
After the hair in our food, it would be worth leaving without paying. Alas, we are masochists.

I've been to UMI once (so far), I'll come back again. It's delicious, beautiful, and interesting to try new dishes. Of the minuses, the waiters came up for a long time when we arrived and as if the hood was not working well, it is worth checking it, because it spoils the impression of such a beautiful place. Otherwise, only the pros, the staff are polite and friendly, offer hangers for your coat and will hang your umbrella separately. It pleasantly surprised me, thank you!

I visited an institution that at first glance seemed pleasant and appropriate to a high level. However, the whole impression was spoiled by the administrator of Ulyana.
Even when making a preliminary call to book a table and discuss the possibility of holding business meetings, Ulyana allowed herself unflattering remarks and refused to answer questions about the work of the institution and the menu. Despite this, I managed to book a table.
When visiting the institution, I came across Ulyanai again. She didn't know the menu, got confused in it and made remarks as if I owed her something. She replied to my comments that she didn't like me, so she thought it was right to communicate in that tone. I was not offered an order, but, fortunately, the waitress came over and answered all my questions.
However, during the calculation, Ulyana appeared again with unnecessary comments and an opinion that I did not ask for. The mood was ruined. It seems that the receptionist is either a relative of the owners, or believes that the guests owe her something. Her behavior is rudeness and incompetence, which, apparently, is the hallmark of this institution, based on the fact that this person works there as an administrator, meets a guest, is rude on the phone, gives her comments and expresses her opinion about which no one asks. As the hostess there.

Very tasty food with some Asian touches... The serve was good, and the sushi was fresh.
For some reason, they only allow you to stay for a maximum of 2 hours.
I would not recommend going with the children because of the choice of food, perhaps only milkshakes or lemonades, which are very good.
They only have a few dessert options, but I think they should include at least refreshing options like ice cream (ice cream with strudel only) or sorbet, because there are a lot of seasonings in the dishes.

There is always nowhere to sit, the hall is always empty, and everything is supposedly abandoned. Prices are not normal for mini portions. Initially, the place was blooming and smelling, but immediately slid below the baseboard. The funny thing about all this is that they call themselves a "restaurant," God, if it's a restaurant, then what's a cafe? The cafeteria at school?

I called to book a table for August 2nd for a birthday celebration. A young man picked up the phone and said that a reservation was possible and "booked" a table. When we arrived at the appointed time, it turned out that they were closed and repairs were underway. It's not clear why you should book a table with people and say into the phone that everything is fine. The mood was ruined. When I've been there before, the restaurant wasn't bad. But this experience discouraged the desire to visit the institution.

Subjectively, it is one of the best middle-class Oriental restaurants that I have ever visited. The recipe is simple: a good, cozy interior without any confusion in the oriental flavor, elegant cuisine (of course subjectively), pleasant service: the way they meet, how they offer a choice of dishes (recommendations), the speed of response to customer requests.
The price tag is srednemoskovskiy, but for the coziness and good taste of the place, it is not a pity to spread it at all.

We came to this restaurant for the first time. They took soba with beef and the waiter advised the signature dish, string beans with chicken. Everything is very tasty! Beans with chicken in sweet crispy breading are great. The taste is exactly the same as it is prepared in China. The only thing I want is something neutral in the bite. Like rice. Very sweet, but delicious. Mango iced tea and orange mango lemonade are also delicious. It's worth coming here and we will definitely come back again! The service is excellent, the interior is pleasant!

We booked a table for 5, arrived at the 4th, ate, waited for the birthday girl. The girl is already riding in a taxi to restyk - at this time the waitress comes and says "the reservation will come to your table in 10 minutes, we can transfer you if you want" - what do you mean? So it was possible😂 At the same time, the score was 170 and we had just started) And we were going to wait for the girl and start celebrating. As a result, I had to urgently look for another place, on Friday evening (!), to celebrate normally. As they told us later in the inst, this is because there is some kind of fest. If they had immediately told us about the reservation for 2 hours (what kind of game is this, I'm meeting this for the first time), we wouldn't even have gone there.
PS Dear owners of the institution and administrators, do not forget that people can come from neighboring countries, do not watch your insta, do not know about fests and "interesting conditions". Warn and tell us about it in advance. Otherwise, after you come to local restaurants, you ask questions and they look at us very strangely😂
