A good place for budget travelers. A delicious and rich breakfast. It is quite quiet, despite the proximity to the railway and the amusement park. Accordingly, everything is close. The old town is 5 minutes away. There is a good restaurant around the corner. The room is clean. What was missing up to 5 points: there are no hangers in the closet, curtains on the front door (the glass is frosted, but the sun shines brightly into it) and the air conditioner is a little noisy. But there is a kettle, mugs, water, tea, coffee, TV (not turned on, but it is), Wi-Fi social networks, YouTube and online cinemas pull the norms. For this class of hotel, I would put a rating of 4.8.

Great hotel, good staff and delicious breakfasts
+ A great hotel, which actually turned out to be even better than the reviews here. The location is generally top, very convenient for those who come by train, as it is only 100 meters from the station. The staff is very good, especially the owner, who completely controls everything himself, the administrator is quite friendly, ready to help and give advice about the city. The living conditions are good, everything is clean, neat, beautiful, it is clear that people work with all their hearts. The breakfasts are delicious and sooo satisfying, lots of yummy) The prices are absolutely adequate, which is good news. In general, we really liked everything!!!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Delicious and varied breakfasts. The room is spacious and clean, everything was very pleasant. On the 3rd floor there is an Elips simulator on the balcony, it is very good to work out after delicious events. It is convenient that the hotel is located next to the train station, there is no need to go anywhere, there are no trains, because this is the final station I Recommend!!! Very helpful and friendly staff!

A very good hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. Polite and friendly staff willing to help with any problem that arises: promptly and with a soul. It feels like people are trying to make their guests feel comfortable. The breakfasts are good enough for your money - you definitely won't go hungry. The hotel is not new, but the rooms are clean. All our wishes for room completion were fulfilled without taking an additional fee, for which a separate respect.

A lovely new family-run hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff is polite, the breakfast is rich: they offer porridge, scrambled eggs, sausages, local national pastries, fruits, watermelons, melons, various types of jam, dried fruits, cottage cheese and sour cream, etc. The location is very good: right in front of the train station. Ichan Kala Fortress is a 15-minute walk in a straight line through various attractions. There are many cafes and restaurants with local cuisine, Khorezmian pilaf, kebabs, fish, local dumplings. There is also a shop with local beer.

Great hotel. Or my family and I arrived in December and it was sparsely populated. Pros: on the second floor we were given a spacious room with two rooms inside. There is an electric kettle and a teapot, a TV, a refrigerator and 3 towels on each pastel. The bathroom is fine and the water pressure is cool. The breakfasts were great.
