The new pork ramen is high quality. The pork is tasty and authentic to Japanese style although I thought the broth was just a little bit too creamy with not enough pork flavor. The noodles however were the best feature with the perfect texture. The service was wonderful- very attentive and bilingual.

The food here is so delicious. Honestly, some of the best Asian food I have ever had. It is Russian-Asian fusion, as can be seen in the photo where I ordered a Japanese katsu-like fried meat with creamy bulgur and mushroom underneath. It is one of the best things I have ever tasted in my life. The staff was also kind and even spoke English, which is always a huge bonus for me as a tourist. I will return here every time I visit Minsk.

A very cozy place in the center of Minsk with high quality cuisine.
1. The rolls are delicious. The interesting combinations and unusual ingredients were frankly pleasing. Fans of Asian cuisine will be satisfied.
2. Beef tartare. It's just a cannon!!
Very tender meat combined with cheese and mushrooms create a delicious taste. Definitely one of the best tartars I've tried.

A very controversial institution. The biggest surprise was that in a pan-Asian institution you have paid wasabi /ginger and soy sauce, camon)) with the price of rolls at +~30 rubles (900 Russian), you still need to pay extra for wasabi, it's strong. For me, the criterion for a delicious restaurant with rolls is Philadelphia, everything can be understood from it at once. They brought a wonderful roll and a thick layer of fish, there is no limit to joy, but the taste ... no.the ideal salmon for fillets is chilled fish, creamy salmon, and here, I got the feeling that the fish is frozen, (the team says the opposite)since she lost 80 percent of her taste.
There are many positions of author's rolls, but I liked literally 1-2 positions from the whole menu.
Lovely Tom yam, the staff and... probably everything.
For three courses, be ready to give about 100 rubles without drinks, which is quite expensive for what you eat.

They asked about the composition of the dish, since there is an allergy to milk and wheat products, it turned out, in her opinion, that sesame is a wheat product. I couldn't answer properly about milk at all, a guy came to explain for her, as a result, she said that they didn't know the exact composition and couldn't guarantee that there were no products in the dish that were allergic to… Her attitude and the constant rolling of her eyes was just infuriating. The quality of the dishes is also 6/10. There are only 2 shrimp and a few tomato slices in the soup for 30 rubles per plate? Seriously? And the cat didn't cry enough ... There are no special questions about the taste and quality of the dishes, but there is also delight (I ate poke with shrimp). A worthy place about Japanese food and wine in a stylish performance. The guys, as they say, feel it. Top for your money, especially poke, ceviche and rolls. The breakfasts are also quite good. The only drawback is that walking around the city, it is unlikely to suddenly look in. Book in advance. The tables are compact, more focused on the company of 2-4 people in a comfortable mode. A calm, tasty and good place. As far as I know, one team is working on both Cultura and Flow. Our favorite Asian restaurant in Minsk!

Excellent neobistro, I was there once. All employees are positive about working with clients, customer orientation is at a high level. We booked a table in advance. It is rumored to be the best panasia in the city. And the rumors don't lie. The food is really wonderful. The waiters work at the highest level: friendly, polite and tidy. However, there are questions about the rest. The atmosphere is at zero. There is no decor in the room. There is almost no music. But you can hear what people are saying three tables away from you. Couches go back and forth. The room is small in principle.
The only thing about food is that mochi is not a delight, it is not clear how to eat it in a puddle of jam, the dough is tasteless, the filling tastes like a vegetable, but I like it. The rolls are microscopic.
All the advantages described above have been brightened up. Especially the workers with their energy! Thank you for your hard work! Thanks to the chefs!

We have not seen such a large number of fish anywhere, as well as the gorgeous taste, which we were just crazy about, full of delight🌸 We had a small birthday party, we were offered a compliment from the chef - dessert, and the serving from Julia - ❤️, the candle did not light because of the wind, but Julia said "I will not leave until I light the candle." As a result, a little surprise was a success, very tasty ice cream with coconut milk mousse, if I'm not mistaken with lemon and almonds. They brought tartar, not bad in general, but because of the taste of garlic, I did not feel the taste of meat. The tuna and salmon roll was really good, the second almond roll was corny badly twisted and fell apart when touched. The staff offered dessert as a gift because of the spoiled container. The dessert was delicious and pleasant. It was nice about the presented dessert, but that's how it should be in such establishments. The check came out about 170 without alcohol.
