Most of the waiters behave as if the guests owe them something. Unfortunately, this behavior of the institution and its staff is due to the fact that there is practically no competition in the city.

They charge 300 tg for entry, they do not warn about this at the entrance, tea in a teapot instead of tea leaves is just 2 sachets, sugar was brought on a plate with some garbage, bread is stale, half of the menu is missing. The rolls were waiting for 1h15min, as a result, the waitress brought the Rolls and climbed into the ginger with her own hands, did not bring the sticks to the rolls, then brought a beer tube without a napkin, without packaging, just dirty hands!!! She wrapped her arms around the mugs everywhere, instead of just holding the handle. At the exit, the guard demands a check, the waiters do not warn that they will ask for a check downstairs, as a result they are detained!! There is no respect for visitors!!!
