I do not recommend eating at this place.
I was poisoned here.
I was eating a hot frying pan with chicken, I thought at first it seemed that the chicken tasted like fish, but by nightfall it became clear that it did not seem! minus a day from vacation.
They apparently cut everything with one knife and all on the same board, all this is written into the board, then all the dishes have a taste and as a result poisoning.

We visited this cafe in the hope of having a delicious lunch, but alas.... We ordered compote, juice, Caesar salad, pasta with cutlet. First, they brought us a glass of wine and two juices, which we did not order at all. When asked where our order was and why we needed wine, the woman swore angrily, took the order and Bingo. I brought the wrong thing again... They started eating what they brought, again wrong. She remembered that it wasn't for us... It seems that the waitress is sober, there were only three tables occupied, and there is no memory at all. In general, I do not recommend visiting this cafe. The service sucks.

I don't advise you to come here... We went to dinner. In the end, everything was cold, not fresh. And we were told what needed to be said, they would have warmed up. We took pasta with shrimp, they brought us a whole plate of pasta, and there were 3 shrimp there, and the price of this dish is 450 rubles. The trout ear piece of fish was the size of a teaspoon... Again, the price of fish soup is 450r... When they tried to talk to the hostess about this incident, she is generally a strange lady. He starts screaming, but he doesn't even know what we ordered there. Avoid it!!!! in general, we ate for 2000 rubles, and now we are standing in line for a barbecue, because everyone is hungry. We visited this place on September 4, it was our gross mistake, everything was very greasy, the order was carried for 30 minutes instead of 10 minutes. The tables are all covered in dust since the door is always open, the waitress took the order with the maximum dissatisfied face, when asked "for napkins and appliances" she said bring it yourself 👏

If you want to be deceived, come here. We ordered 2 borscht and a hodgepodge.The menu showed what we were ordering. They brought the Abkhazian hodgepodge instead of the national team, it is on another menu page, very spicy and it costs 2 times more than usual. When calculating, we asked why you were doing this, they said well, it tastes better, they say, there's something to overpay 2 times. And we went for lunch, lagman was served cold, the chicken chop is huge (the price on the menu is for 100 grams and which one will be brought is a surprize) and terribly dry. Mashed potatoes with a patty for a weak 4, but the kharcho soup is very tasty!
The girl is a waitress, polite, but steamed, as she serves the entire room alone.
According to the pricing policy, it is acceptable, but still + 5% for the service. Honestly, if it weren't for the 20 minutes of waiting, it wouldn't be a pity at all.

The place is terrible, I had a chance to have lunch there, then I couldn't get off my white friend. I ordered borscht, goulash and mashed potatoes-it tasted quite edible, but at night the pancreas could not stand it and it all came out. A friend took a dish called "miracle frying pan" - it was more like batino hryuchevo-coarsely chopped potatoes, mushrooms, like chicken, all this was abundantly poured with mayonnaise and tossed with cheese, a fat bomb. We had a rest in this guest house in 2021. We didn't like the cafe. The prices correspond to the cafe, and the food itself hardly pulls into the dining room. The cafe staff is friendly and polite. But the owners are rude, not tactful, I had to go to eat in neighboring cafes.

Купила на сутки номер за 2000 трёхместный ,хотя была только с ребенком,ночью смрад от канализации зашкаливал,подушки с комками,номер маленький и тесный...Сегодня кушала днём,заказала жаркое со свинины,принесли небольшую тарелочку вареной картошки обжаренной с луком и пережаренное мясо ...официантке приходится говорить через все кафе-ей лень подходить,орет издалека,обслуживание медленное,раньше кормили намного вкуснее и блюда были больше,номер люкс с видами на крыши домов маленький и темный,пропах испарениями канализации,не советую,настроение испорчено,за пять лет поездок в Абхазию первый раз такое хамское отношение вижу,официантка с кривыми зубами бесцеремонно тыкает,садится за стол ,когда кушаем и начинает вопросы,откуда приехали,на сколько....тройку ставлю с усилием только из за уважения к пожилой хозяйке дома

Супер . Отличная Кухня , огромные порции их невозможна съесть и не дорого . Все чисто приятно . Спасибо огромное , за жильё , и за вкусную еду . Обязательно вернусь только к ним . ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Остановились в другом гостевом доме. Возвращаясь с пляжа, случайно зашли в столовую "Улыбка", как говориться, посмотреть, попробывать. Были приятно удивлены. Чистота, приветливый, внимательный персонал, большой выбор блюд, как русской, так и абхазкой кухни. Цены очень даже приемлемые. Порции "не маломерки". Каждый день обедали в этом местечке. Всегда все свежее и вкусное. Девочки близняшки помогали с выбором. Большое спасибо всему персоналу столовой.
Звезд, конечно, пять!!!!!!

Отдыхали в гостевом доме напротив этой замечательной столовой! В Гагре были впервые и посетили несколько столовых, но для себя выбрали именно Улыбку, в отличие от других столовых там самый милый и гостеприимный персонал( особенно 2 девушки близняшки, к сожалению незнаю их имени) и главное самые вкусные и свежие блюда!
