We chose a room for 150,000 tenge per day, promised that it was renovated in the summer. As a result, dirt and dilapidation are everywhere. Even the floors were not washed for check-in (and we arrived 2 hours later) and the underfloor heating did not work, they were repaired by night.
The most annoying thing is that the place is good, the territory is large, rooms with access to the pool, the terencourt is small, there is even a zoo. But the owner's hand is missing, it is unwashed, overlooked, there is dirt in restaurants, a piece of plastic was caught in the lagman. Unfortunately, it is impossible to post more photos. Breakfast 2 years ago was a selection of 2 porridges, boiled and fried sausages and eggs. Now we have left 1 porridge, and only a fried set, we have simplified our task. We didn't even go to the second breakfast, because it was dirty, crowded and tasteless.
I sincerely wish the management to finally pay attention to the obvious problems and eliminate these shortcomings.
Good pools with different temperatures, friendly staff, there are slides, good cuisine, the hotel is a little tired, but for Kazakhstan it is a solid four.

Great vacation! Really hot water in the pools in winter. In some places, it's almost boiling water. It is very pleasant to stay in it for a long time. The water has no smell, I was worried about it. The pools seem to be constantly cleaned, in some places there is a green plaque, but there is very little of it. Running water. The staff is friendly. The Lagman in the restaurant is wonderful. A wide variety of alcohol. The rooms are clean, the floors are warm, the beds are comfortable.
I've read a lot of bad reviews. Apparently, people wanted to visit a Turkish hotel on the border with China, but all Turkish hotels are located in Turkey. Of course, you can always find something to complain about, but I think those people who built and maintained all this in such a place are great!
We visited a mini-zoo, the man told about all ostriches, carp, peacocks, fish and wild boars. They gave me ostrich eggs to hold :)
The only unpleasant impression, and this is not the fault of the hotel, is the return trip to Almaty. Near the neighboring town, the traffic police crew is trying to convince everyone who is driving from the hot springs that they are drunk at the wheel. Even those who don't drink. They are trying to extort $1000 in any way. Their breathalyzer will show intoxication even at the exhaust pipe of a car. They are being taken for an examination and they can stand there for hours "waiting for a narcologist." Of course, they're just stalling.
Thank you very much for the rest!
