One of the most balanced shavuh in the city. We stopped by by accident, there's not much nearby. The score was 4.1. It did not inspire much confidence.

Afigeli from the packaging, the shavukha itself is well-built, it did not fall apart from the first to the last bite, nothing leaks, but it can not be said that it is dry, there is nothing superfluous or something missing. Excellent sauce! Peking cabbage, for which there is a separate plus in karma! No potatoes or other obscure fillers. Everything is just on top. Napkins of 3 pieces per nose. The cashier is also a cook, a low bow. I will never pass by, I will recommend it to everyone.

In general, it's not bad, the prices are cheap. The only thing I would like to emphasize is that some employees use spoiled products, and take fresh ones for themselves. As a regular customer, I began to notice that the main products were no longer fresh. You order a cheese shawarma - the cheese is spoiled. You order Hawaiian, the pineapple is spoiled. This has never happened before. I don't know what it's connected to. Now I will no longer order any food there, only coffee at most. And then with caution, or they might pour me spoiled milk, which was once a long time ago. You have a random place there, when the food is fresh, when it is spoiled. And my mood also deteriorated when I once again experienced a gag reflex from cheese, which, to put it mildly, "stinks".

My wife didn't like the shawarma very much, although I liked it, but no more. And they waited for 25 minutes, although when ordering, the girl said 15 minutes.
I will add, we went again, in May 2024, before that we were on New Year's Eve, then a guy worked, he made a very tasty charm, now a girl, shawarma is not tasty. It's bad that there is a large staff turnover, apparently the owner does not want to pay his employees

The food here is good, but the service is disgusting.We came with a child (3.5 years old), made an order (I took the shawarma, of course, to myself), the girl told us the waiting time was 10-15 minutes.We went shopping, came in 20 minutes, a guy made an order in front of me, just gave it to him.I think it's good, we came on time, because we were supposed to be next. But another 15 minutes passed -orders were given to other people.Another guy made an order and they gave it to him right in front of my eyes in 10 minutes.I went to ask where my order was, to which I was answered -we have an intern.I understand everything, but why do they serve people who came later than me and give them orders, but mine is not ready.And I wasn't ready.I asked for a refund, to which they replied - we don't know how.They asked to take a shawarma, which was ready in an hour, because they could not return the money.This is all the time I was standing with a small child and waiting.

Tropical - delicious, sweet and unusual, but it flows terribly again;
Teriyaki is basically my favorite, it tastes good, teriyaki gives a sweet taste, but again it flows terribly;
Barbecue will do, it tastes more or less, but again it flows just terribly;
Spicy - very spicy, everything burns in the mouth for a long time, the taste of anything but sharpness is not felt, it flows terribly;
Sour-sweet - did not go in, strange taste, flows like everything is terrible.
We took sets that are considered profitable, there was no ingredient, they replaced our barbecue with sour-sweet, although at the beginning of the order we asked if it was possible to replace it with terriaki, but in the end they changed it without our knowledge, saying only when issuing, the potatoes in the order said 2, in the end it was 1, maybe they were poured, but so it was also with our friends, the order was in one moment.
The French dog is expensive, but it tastes good.
French fries will go, but they die quickly.
Potatoes with meat taste good, in principle as a purchase option, but perhaps the price is slightly high.
Raf coffee, they took 2 pieces, one with a banana, the second with a cherry, as a result, only banana syrup was added, and the inscription on the glass killed "VVANNAN", the idea was not immediately understood.
The service is strange, if they say 10-15 minutes, you can safely come in 20, or even 30, if you're lucky. Previously, they were packed in a paper bag and foil, then they became in a plastic bag and foil, at the time of writing the review and ordering sharma on 12/10/2023, packed in a plastic bag and baking paper, packed loosely, opened in a bag, there are few napkins.
The staff seems to be friendly, but sometimes you can stand in front of the window for a few minutes and wait for attention to be paid to you, it is also not safe for people with children to stand, because if several people are inside, they can swear and insult each other well, apparently the team is cohesive.

In my opinion, the overall score of this point is 5.5/10. You can take it, but after thinking about it, do you want to get jokes in the form of shawarma that flows, wants to break, lack of potatoes or coffee without syrup.

It's cold inside, the pita bread is warmed up and that's it! The meat inside was from the refrigerator. While she was being warmed up again, we watched the work. The tattooed girl worked without gloves! At first she took up money, and then she twisted shawarma with these hands. It became disgusting that they managed to bite a couple of times. They left the shawarma for her and left.

Here was a girl with red hair working, unfortunately I don't remember her name, the shawarma was just delicious and didn't fall apart and the filling was awesome, but now it's just tin!
The pita bread is terrible, not baked, thin or it was made that way, unfortunately I did not take a photo, but agreed to redo it and here I was in another shock (video attached)..as a result, the money was returned.
