A good wellness center, although it was built on the basis of an old meat processing plant. It's very clean, the cleaners work from morning to evening. A good cafe with low prices, delicious cuisine and pleasant staff. Disadvantages: There is no ATM in the building, the elevator often breaks down, there is no infrastructure around the industrial zone.
