The place is about nothing, the sound is about nothing, there is no kitchen at all , the guards, if they see that you are alone , can come up after paying the bill and kick you out and hit you in the face, a crowd of men lowered the girl down the stairs! They still have cockroaches ! And the hair was in the salad !!!! It is not worth going to Kurmangazy, they delete comments, and so many people know them as the worst place, it turns out!

Просторный общий зал, хорошая акустика, много экранов по периметру зала. Еда очень вкусная, официанты оперативные. Цены приемлемые.
Из минусов - зона ресепшн маленькая, девушка-хостес работает одна, когда много народа, свой телефон приходится диктовать при всем честном народе! Также хочется обратить внимание на охрану, желательно чтобы в зале тоже находился кто-то, кто следит за порядком: во время отдыха к нам подсел сильно выпивший мужчина, начал непотребно себя вести. Охраны в зале не было, музыка была громкая и пока докричались до официантов, отдых был несколько подпорчен…

I really like this karaoke. I was only in two branches, but I like Baitursynov-Kurmangazy more. High-quality sound, beautiful cabins and a good kitchen. Good value for money.

We celebrated our birthday at the Kurmangazy branch, booked a booth in advance and negotiated all the conditions. They said that they work on weekdays until 05:00 in the morning, but at 3 a.m. they said that the bar was closed, then half an hour later, not the administrator, not the waiters, but the guards brazenly entered our booth and said in a dissatisfied tone that they were closing. To our dissatisfaction, the guards: "The Foreign Ministries of kyrtpai, the apparaturans of oshirip tastashy" -responded in this way. Before that, we ordered pepperoni pizza for the child, and there were very thinly sliced sausages and a bunch of bell peppers. They wanted to order alcoholic drinks at the bar, but in response they heard this is not, that is not, and no, no. You see, only the most expensive items are left on the menu.
About 2 years ago, we were at the branch on Saina, where 4 people paid about 30,000 tenge for a booth, but our order exceeded 2,000 tenge. and then again the guard followed us to the restroom and to the smoking room. As if the four of us would run away because of these 2,000 tenge 🤦🏻♂️ When I asked the guard not to follow me at least to the toilet, not the waiter, not the administrator, again the guard brought us the bill and told us to leave the establishment.
In general, the institution is good, but you need to hire normal guards or raise them a little bit so that they walk around with a satisfied look

A very nice old lady cleans up, unfortunately, even in the hall you can smell the restrooms, maybe there are problems with the pipes, and not with cleaning.

Next, we ordered hot after 30! Minutes came and said that there is no such dish ! We ordered another one and got it in 40-50 minutes, I didn't even want to eat anymore.
Youngsters also work as hookahs, I suspect that this is also illegal, not that smoking is prohibited until 18, and even more so to work where you need to smoke all night .... By the way, they are slow and messed up two hookahs, the tobacco burned, they did not come to change the coals, although they called them 7 times, well, for dessert they brought us an awesome bill where there was a bill for the fact that they had karaoke for free only until 11, and after every hour it costs 4000, of course no one I warned about this in advance, it's just a full bottom, not an institution, I strongly advise against it

Заходили пораньше, в основной зал, когда никого не было. Было отлично. Звук, выбор песен в порядке.
Есть контроль дресс-кода, что должно быть плюсом, но сотрудники оного модных школ не кончали, несут бред, чем немного пытались испортить впечатление.
Есть входной депозит, что накладно, зато фильтрует контингент.

Вкусная еда, внимательно обслуживание, чистота, приличный интерьер.
Из минусов - весь вечер выключалась и шипела одна колонка. Неприятно. Многократные визиты специалиста по настройке не помогли.

Мне не понравилась акустика в кабинках. Плохая шумоизоляция. Эта проблема почти во всех караоке в Алматы. Цены выше среднего. Надо ходить большой компанией, так выгоднее.

В целом, заведение неплохое - все чисто, хорошие кабинки, не зашарпанные.
Но кухня в последний раз была ужасная. Я заказала рамен с курицей и с голода съела половину, только потом прочувствовала вкус - он был ужасным.
Суши вообще не рекомендую заказывать, рыба явно не первой свежести и какие то непонятные соуса сверху, видимо как раз для разбавления вкуса несвежести рыбы.
Только спиртное было нормальное 😂 но здесь явно не испортить

Хорошее место для отдыха, неплохой выбор песен и качество аппаратуры, вкусная еда. Из минусов - досмотр на входе (со своим алкоголем не пропускают), обслуживание дольше, чем хотелось бы, предзаказ, сделанный за сутки, не был готов вовремя.

Кухня вкусная.
А вот с караоке как то не особо, на наш стол за который мы заплатили 40000 тенге депозитом выпало спеть суммарно три песни за три часа. Ожидания с попеть не оправдались..
В целом атмосфера приятная, официанты дружелюбные и приносят все быстро.
