A place in Belgrade on the Water, very colorful, both in terms of service and food, and you can also buy excellent coffee from Uganda there. You will be served by guys from Uganda who speak English well and are ready to tell you what to try if you are trying their food for the first time.
The menu is not large, it consists of several dishes, but they are all very tasty, and not familiar to the Russian cuisine, the only thing from the usual is Raf (Russian Coffee =)). The price tag is slightly higher than the average check, but it's worth it)
I advise you to come there in the afternoon to buy coffee beans, eat Ugandan dishes in a relaxed atmosphere and in the evening for a performance (sometimes they arrange dances).
Someone tried to make an interesting place, but:
1) Inattentive and untrained staff. Our order was forgotten for 30 minutes. We asked about it a couple of times - they said they would bring it soon. In the end, the manager came up and demanded (just like that, yes) to list everything we ordered, because there is no order in the system, they did not prepare anything and do not know what we want (and what we are sitting here for).
2) The atmosphere is rather bar - loud music, crowded, dark. To sit and enjoy - probably not about this place.
