The attitude towards people is not good. A pensioner brought a tillerblock, and a lady came out to meet him. After asking to call the second man, with disrespectful muttering under his nose towards the pensioner, she called the second offended person. That "type of assistant" still managed to drop the tillerblock. It will also be seen by the quality of service, the availability of non-stolen parts and the price.
