Everything would be fine, but they didn't say anything about delivery, they say, expect within 14 days, the maximum that they promised was to notify the day before delivery.
It's been 15 days, again I have difficulty contacting them to find out what's with the delivery. But, despite the fact that they have already expired all the deadlines, they did not tell me anything specific, they say they will, but they cannot say when. Complete disorganization.
I had to abandon the gazebo and order from other suppliers. It's a pity only the time lost on this company.
04.05.2022 ordered firewood. As of 09.05, the product has not been delivered. The delivery time was 11 days. Specialists cannot answer anything specific on the phone, they promise to call back and do not call back. I will not apply anymore.

Please have respect, everyone has personal affairs and if you have already undertaken to provide services, then at least have the courage to give accurate data on your work, and not rely on Russian. If you cannot be responsible for your employees, then it is worth working on the correct provision of services and services for your customers! On Monday, the same "good master" said that he would not go anywhere because there was no end wall and he did not know anything. He transferred to solve the issue with the store. What should be expected from such a person, a court of his responsibility. After contacting the store, the manager Pavel (I may be mistaken in my position, for which I apologize) assured us that today by 18:00 he would personally arrive with the master at the specified address to install the greenhouse. They exhaled with joy. Closer to 18 00, we were contacted and the delivery time was postponed until 20 00 . Bingo! at 20 00, the time was moved to 23 00 !! What is it about! What kind of setting at 23 00 is this attitude at all. Why do people in your organization not know how to plan their work according to their capabilities? It's just a kindergarten! There is no respect for people or the professional qualities of the services provided. Everyone is in good conscience for their services. Thank you for your attention.
