The beds themselves are carefully packed, but probably they should have been checked when they were taken from the warehouse, because
some of the boards turned out to have signs of mold.
Not a very convenient location, far from the city.
The company is not conscientious because it does not even control its own website. Their website indicates working hours seven days a week, but in real life only auto dial with a lowering waiting time, and then with an increasing one. I called for more than an hour on principle, but I only listened to the waiting nonsense. The company just doesn't treat its customers decently. On April 1, I ordered a gazebo, I have been waiting for 20 days, although we committed from 2 to 14 days. It's just that everything is bad.
On April 12, I ordered a gazebo. Then after 15 minutes I decided to change the order a little. I had to wait on the line for about 30 minutes to get through to them... Everything would be fine, but they didn't say anything about delivery, they say, expect within 14 days, the maximum that they promised was to notify the day before delivery.
It's been 15 days, again I have difficulty contacting them to find out what's with the delivery. But, despite the fact that they have already expired all the deadlines, they did not tell me anything specific, they say they will, but they cannot say when. Complete disorganization.
I had to abandon the gazebo and order from other suppliers. It's a pity only the time lost on this company.
