We had a rest in the summer of 2024, the room is clean and spacious! The territory is well maintained. The food is delicious in the dining room, you can order your own menu. There is a sauna with a swimming pool. Have a quiet and peaceful vacation!

One of the advantages is a beautiful well-groomed territory, surrounded by forest. The pool is the main big plus! Very clean, large, illuminated in the evening. You can spend the whole day by the pool, and sunbathe and hide in the shade.
Breakfast is included in the price porridge, bun butter, tea, coffee. You can order scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs. Everything is quite tasty. They cook deliciously, at home, lunches and dinners can be ordered, prices are quite adequate, everything you need is also available to order pizza manta rays, nuggets, etc.
Of the cons, the interior in the buildings and rooms is a little tired, but if you come to nature and use the room only for sleeping, then you will like it there.
A beautiful pool covers all the small disadvantages!!! We had a great rest! Emotions are only positive!!! We will be happy to come again.

I really like the territory: beautiful, well-groomed, quite large. Nice outdoor pool, indoor pool with sauna. The dining room is clean and quite spacious. The territory is remote from noisy tourist spots - it is very good for a relaxing holiday.
The rooms, however, are tired, the cleaning is not very high quality (traces of rust, streaks), hand towels are all washed.
I didn't like the food. For breakfast, margarine was given instead of butter, a meal saturated with carbohydrates and fats, two small pieces of chicken breast for lunch, and stringy chicken drumsticks the other day. In general, they didn't really eat.
But hotels in Shchuchinsk or Borovoye are much worse and more expensive. If you don't want to be too pretentious, then this is the best option for a vacation in the area.

Plus the pool if it's warm since it's not heated, minus everything else. The rooms are shabby, there is an unpleasant smell from the bed linen and towels, the water in the tap is clearly not drinkable, it is impossible even to brush your teeth. In the rooms, TVs with a kinescope are not connected, is it really hard to write off twenty years of junk and buy a smart TV? The rooms were cleaned randomly with a dirty rag and everyone was taken around the room and satisfied with that. There are no elementary mosquito nets on the windows. The walls are filthy with traces of dead insects and it is unclear what. No one watches the silence after 11, the doors do not help sound insulation in any way. I'm not going anymore.

I like nature and hiking in this place. If you walk, then Katarkol Lake is nearby. On the territory there are two buildings consisting of rooms, 4 family cottages for 6-8 people, a sauna and a swimming pool covered with tired truth. The pool is in the yard, clean. The dining room is good, there is also a building for seminars and lectures. Barbecue area, gatherings around the campfire. Minus only for mattresses in the rooms
