A cat was treated today, screaming in pain. The cat's kidneys failed. We were "kindly" asked to join the general queue. A queue of 10 people. No less. We have been to the clinic more than once. And they were always ready to defend, to sit out any queue. But in this situation, I think the staff acted inhumanely. I had to urgently go and look for another clinic. Where, by the way, they immediately helped us.

I went to this clinic with my cat, who was breathing heavily and lethargic. Anastasia Alexandrovna got to the doctor, who did not even take her temperature during the examination, took a picture, diagnosed pulmonary edema, prescribed antibiotic and diuretic treatment. They were stabbed for a whole week, on Friday they came back for a picture, in which the doctor said that there were improvements and told them to continue treatment further. But in fact, on Saturday the cat got worse, and we took him to another clinic, where he was diagnosed with leukemia. I was dissatisfied with the doctor's attitude during the examination. I would not recommend contacting this doctor. I put one star, because it is impossible to put minus five stars.
