Attention! Never contact this cleaning company, especially if you do not have a large order. At any moment, they can "dump" you, not come to the cleaning if they find a bigger job with a higher salary. This is exactly what happened to me today: a general cleaning of a 3-room apartment was arranged for 10 a.m., at 10:45 no one arrived or called back. The girl Tatiana answered my call and said that they were on a large order and would arrive perhaps by 12, or maybe by 13, or maybe by 14 o'clock, she does not know. To the words that actually my mother and I are also customers (my mother is a disabled person of the 1st group with Alzheimer's) and that we would also like to plan something, and not sit and wait for them for hours, Tatiana said - everyone has their own problems. I asked to get into the position of my disabled mother, who had already become very agitated during these waiting hours, and come to us as early as possible. Tatiana said: okay, I'll call you when we go to your place. And this was our last conversation with the Cleaning Service: no one called back, no one came and no one answered the phone anymore. The head of the Cleaning company, Olga, is aware of this situation, but prefers to blame the customer for all the sins, who placed an order at 10.00 in the morning and had the audacity to express his indignation when they did not arrive at 12 or 13 o'clock. Olga did not even find the courage to call back, explain the situation, and apologize in the end. In the case of Cleaning, we are not even talking about unprofessionalism, there is absolute moral impurity, greed and human meanness. That's how reputation is sold for 30 pieces of silver. Citizens, be careful, never turn to the Cleaning Service at all! You'll regret it!

One girl cleaned the day before the new year. She was there alone for the day, of course, but... she forgot to do a lot: she didn't wash the toilet inside, she didn't even fill it, she didn't wash the bathtub inside, she didn't wipe the table in the kitchen, she didn't clean the walls from cobwebs, she forgot to dust the plates and clocks on the wall, she didn't wipe the shelves in the bedside tables in the room. Although I ordered cleaning after repairs (which is more expensive), the film was not removed from the window sill and lampshade, and the stickers were not removed from the window panes. The floor was washed well, but there were stains on the laminate after the product. There was a clothes dryer in the room, the girl moved it during the cleaning process and scratched the wallpaper on the wall, black stripes remained, I don't know how to remove them now. In addition, she apparently dropped the dryer and the dryer bent, now it is impossible to use it. And most importantly: I separately noted to the girl that maybe the cat went to pee under the bathtub, asked if cleaning included this, she said yes, she would clean under the bathroom too. As a result, the bathroom has not been cleaned.
With more, it was removed. But I would like that for 400 rubles (and this is at a discount), it was cleaned, not under-cleaned, and even screwed up.
I wrote to them by telegram the day after cleaning. She asked me to come and finish cleaning in my free time. The message was read, there was zero reaction. I do not recommend this company!!!
