Very friendly host. Speaks good Russian. He studied in the USSR. We often visited this institution. Although the cafe is not big, but the charm of the owner captivates and I want to come again and again. He paints, plays the guitar, and if you make friends and there are no visitors, he'll be happy to chat. I recommend.
