We came to visit Monica and Samvel by accident! We were greeted like family! We were thrilled! A very smart dog, Macy, was remembered by our children! Everything is clean and cozy! There are just no words! And what a delicious wine her husband Samvel makes!!!!! They told me where it is better to go, what to see, they told me the route! We were delighted! They were worried about us, even when we were leaving, they stayed in touch with us, as soon as they crossed the border, as soon as they got home! The best place! We will definitely come back not once!

The very wonderful and hospitable hosts of this wonderful place, Samvel and his wife Monica.
The rooms are clean, everything is available in terms of comfort, the living conditions are excellent, there is a shower with hot and cold water (boler), for lovers of the exotic))) there is a summer shower. There is a kitchen where you can cook whatever your heart desires. Barbecue with a free-standing gazebo.
The road to the sea is 5 minutes long, at least, near a grocery store and a household. Products Large orchard of fruit trees, tangerine, lemon, pomegranate, feijoa, persimmon, fig, banana. Beautiful nature, unforgettable impressions, there are no words ......
Monica will tell you where to go on excursions, Samvel can arrange a transfer. They are very attentive and friendly. We had a great campaign with them, everyone liked it. We felt at home with them.

We stayed with Samvel and Monica, the owners of this wonderful guest house, for the second year in a row.
Holidays in Primorsky are suitable for couples with children, newlyweds, and older people. It is quiet, peaceful and very beautiful here. The beach is clean, there are not many people, the entrance to the water is sandy and very suitable for children. There are small shops in the area, owner's shops with fruits and wine. Although I have not tasted better wine than Samvel's.
The house is spacious, clean, the rooms are large, everything is cozy at home, for this I am very grateful to the hostess Monica.
We recommend it as a place where you want to return.
