We visit very often, the child likes it very much. All the vending machines are always working, the staff is excellent, there are trampolines, a play area with balloons and air tubes for kids, it's very sticky for them, and a corner for older children with slides. There are a couple of attractions. While the kids are playing, you can sit and drink coffee with dessert. Animators in costumes also walk around, which also excites the kids. Everything is great. We visited the center for the first time, we came from another city. I really liked the atmosphere, very friendly and courteous staff. We visited this center on 10/25/2024. In general , I liked everything , it was bright , colorful , and fun .the animators walking around the center were pleased , the prices for some attractions bite , but they can be justified with new equipment . A couple of times they didn't issue tickets at the vending machines, but a guy with keys quickly appeared and gave us our tickets.we will definitely visit again!

We were on Saturday, celebrating my brother's birthday, there were a lot of people, so a special atmosphere of fun was created, I really liked the sensitive and attentive attitude of all the staff, they helped and suggested everything. The children were just delighted, the adults, of course, had fun too,
no one remained indifferent. I also liked the presence of the park's hero characters, we enjoyed playing with them and taking pictures. I also liked the large selection of attractions for different ages and hobbies: trampolines, mazes, cars, and of course a skating mountain.

The idea of the U smile park is certainly interesting, but the cost of visiting seems unreasonably high. The lack of hourly pay is a significant disadvantage, especially when you consider that the access control system leaves much to be desired. It seemed strange and incomplete to me.
During the visit, an unpleasant incident occurred: my child, being in the maze on his own, hit himself and came running to me in tears. Unfortunately, the staff at the checkpoint showed complete indifference to the incident. My request to provide something cold to apply to the injury site was refused. I consider such an attitude unacceptable, especially in a place aimed at children.
The situation was saved by the administrator, who showed participation and tried to smooth out the negative impression. I give her two stars. Other employees who have shown callousness have no place in such establishments.

It's impossible to get a toy from a vending machine, even a candy, it seems to me that it's also wrong, the child will be upset if he doesn't get anything at all, and collecting coupons from vending machines is a long song. My daughter (4 years old) won 15 pieces, although she played 10 times in different slot machines, I looked at what could be taken on them, and we safely gave our coupons to other parents who were hoping to take something on their own. We didn't want to do this nonsense. But all this didn't upset me as much as the fact that you can't leave the child anywhere. Go into the maze with your child to climb, even into the kid's zone, you give it away and stand there watching. It's just nonsense, then why do you need a game center at all? I wanted to "hand over" the child and relax, but that's not the way to do it. You need to stand and watch. There were a lot of staff, one employee at some dance area just passed out while sitting, and at most of the attractions, the employees were bored and yawning. It's very strange. It seems to me that in all centers a child can be left at least in the play area and sit at a table or go shopping altogether, only to inform the phone beforehand, and here you can't even let the child out of sight while the staff is picking your nose.

We were with the baby for 2 years in the baby zone. I liked everything very much! Regarding the comment below that the second parent was not allowed in, the same thing happened to us BUT! There are so many people on a day off that it is simply impossible to accommodate all parents and all children, there will simply be no place for children to play!!! Therefore, we were not very upset and took turns with the child. While my wife was playing with the child, I managed to play slot machines. Everyone was satisfied :) A wonderful center, we will come here more than once!

Honestly, the advantages are only cheap prices for vending machines. The vending machines give few tickets, very few. 100 times they tried to pull toys from the vending machines, the tentacles grab her, hold her, and when she almost gets to the delivery, she lets go. We tried 15 times on one machine, everything is fine and also pulls and lets go by the end. The baby maze is very blowing from the wind of the pipes, it immediately blocked my throat, there is nothing interesting about the little one. Next, I pulled out crackers and mmdms in the vending machines, and they are expired!!!!!!! I'm attaching a photo! We won 180 tickets: we talked about nothing, we lost 50 rubles, the result is a ball and stickers with a price of well, a maximum of 10 rubles ... it's not worth it

I agree with the previous reviews, everything was not done very well.
There is nothing special in terms of content, vending machines, slides, trampolines, all this is available in other entertainment centers.
It is inconvenient to use immediately - the visitor is obliged to buy a key card for 3 rubles (why do I need it?), they do not take it back, the money is not returned.
At the checkout, you need to write down yourself, the card number, and the signature. You approach each play area and history repeats itself - the workers stand and re-record everything.
Game zones by time. I went on trampolines - jump until the time runs out, if you go out somewhere, then time goes anyway, by the way, billing on the trampoline is 20 minutes (8p !!)
In other game zones, similarly, there is an hour rate somewhere, but the bottom line is that you can't use everything, because there are separate entrances and your own time everywhere.
There is only one accompanying person in the area for toddlers (what should the second parent do at this time? - I don't know, these are the rules, they answered us politely)
A separate story with prices. In my opinion, it is unreasonably expensive. There are centers where it is much more convenient, the same content and at the same time cheaper, there is no feature here that it is more expensive (only that everything is new, I like it).
About the advantages. If you go on your birthday, then take the document, they will give you 15 rubles.
But it's better to choose something else. We're not going any more.

Yesterday we arrived at expobel to buy clothes for the eldest child's garden. The younger one and his dad were thrown into the baby zone (he seemed to like it), and the older one had to go shopping, because in the big maze the billing was only 2 hours, they did not plan to be there so much, and it was too fat to pay 30p per hour. And even 2 hours there, in my opinion, are not worth the money, it is a very compact maze and there are just a lot of children in it. In general, there are a lot of people, long queues, after shopping they returned with the elder to play a couple of slot machines and waited in line for 20 minutes until the gaming card was replenished. We put 6p to play 3 games. The first child chose a dipstick with sweets near the rolling mountain for 2p and went through the school of life, which is impossible for them to pick up something, plus the sweets inside were smeared on the bottom. The second game was some kind of water ducks for a ruble for which the child got 10 tickets, for the sake of interest we looked at prizes to get a prize for 100 tickets (ala one tube of pop-it for a ruble), you need to spend 10p, this is valuable, in principle, if you want to teach a child financial literacy). the third game was an air hockey for 3p and it's tin, somehow slowed down, but started, but did not give the puck away when scoring, it was necessary to knock, shake the receiver so that it would spit out, the meaning of such a game...and after us, while the children were still running around the park, other people were also "having fun" playing this air hockey, there were no employees watching the order and equipment (except for slides / mazes). My impressions: it's expensive, a lot of people and low-quality machines, we definitely won't go to this park purposefully, and I don't know if we'll go at all when we go to expobel next time. And for the animator in the cosmonaut costume plus, here he is (and) well done.

Today we had such a situation. The child was not allowed into the maze. Up to 110 cm with a lack of 5 mm, the Admin seems to have broken loose, the women at the entrance to the maze itself are aggressive and very unpleasant. This incident discouraged all desire to visit this usmail. The child left with tears. By the way, we have previously passed without any questions and more than once. They returned all the money from the card and gave the card back. Don 't set foot there anymore .

We visited this room on 10/23/2024, namely the trampoline arena. There were no questions about the children's admission, they could have been left there. A week later, on 10/28/2024, the rules changed , and children under 110 cm tall are not allowed without parents , i.e. the parent must be present with him . It is clear that this is the rule . The question is why, when buying a ticket, none of the staff warned about the change of rules. The funds were not returned .

As it turned out, if a child entered the maze, and the time in the big one is 2 hours, and for kids it is 1 hour and wanted to go out, then time is still running.That is, if a child is tired of playing there and wants to go for a ride on a swing, or play slot machines to somehow change the situation, then unfortunately time is still running out of the maze.As was the case in our case, the eldest played in a large maze for 40-50 minutes and wanted to go out to play slot machines and ride on carousels and go back to the maze, but time passed and in order to return we had to pay 30 rubles again. Somehow the organizers did not quite think it through (they thought of course only in their own way, so that again the parents would pay for the next entrance to the maze))), but the amount of course is also not small 30 rubles for 2 hours, a small 12 rubles for 1 hour + a 3 rub card (which I did not need after leaving, it was possible after leaving to give away the card and return the money for it back), but to say that for the little ones it is a maze is not to say anything...There is only the main pool with balls, a small slide, the kitchen is so very minimal ((((there is no smell of a maze there)))).
I don't say anything about the employees at all, it won't do any good. I don't know what and how (((Oh, and we have to control the time ourselves, although I think it would be more appropriate if employees did it, because if you don't have time to leave, you will have to pay again))
For that kind of money, there are enough places in Minsk where there really are labyrinths and you can stay all day. Therefore, they were not impressed.....
