Yeah, I didn't expect such an attitude from the staff
My wife's birthday today we wanted to have a good rest, celebrate.
We thought to eat various kinds of kebabs, drink Armenian wine, but alas, the waitress sat us down and disappeared for 25 minutes!Although I could come up for 30 seconds and take an order for at least a Cappuccino and bring a blanket to my wife.We just watched her serve the neighboring tables, then when we got tired of waiting, we went up to her, made a surprised face and said in amazement: "Why didn't anyone come up to you?"
in short, the mood was spoiled in the end, the angry hungry and frozen went home, they wanted to order cappuccino, mulled wine at first, but alas - such a shitty attitude was not observed even in the kebab shop.
I would like to contact the management:teach your waiters to work normally and serve people, otherwise you will lose customers one by one, it was planned to order a banquet for 25 people in this restaurant in honor of my son's 3rd birthday, but now I will not set foot there and I will tell everyone about the attitude towards people there.
And yes, I was struck by how "our failed waitress" laid out forks and knives on the next table piled on her tray just like a mountain without any napkins, which she put directly on the dirty tablecloth of the table without any napkins and pads-sanitation is at the highest level....
