I did a complete diagnosis of the car. What was revealed was eliminated quickly (the next day after ordering the parts in their store). I repeated several times about the leak under the car, but they never looked. They looked at it only at my insistence on the second day after the car was repaired (they allegedly forgot to look at it). The problem has not been fixed! I was very outraged by the treatment of all service employees (everyone turns to YOU!), not business communication!I will not contact this car service anymore, and I do not recommend it to anyone, because of the negligence of the masters.

Once I was on a business trip to Mozyr, and I had an emergency, a tire broke.We need to go to Gomel, and the spare tire is weak.I found a nearby service station and it turned out to be it.Somehow it got to him, the guys were going to close, but I explained the whole situation and I was accepted.I had money only on the card and the terminal was apparently already closed, I offered to go and withdraw money later.But they told me that they would change it, and so, when I showed my spare tire, the so-called "crutch", they told me that I might not get there.In general, they put my rubber on one wheel, they changed it and didn't take any money. I was in a hurry to get to the dark to Gomel.I managed it, and everything was fine with the wheel.This act surprised me , out of the kindness of my heart they helped me out .Thank you very much!If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't know what to do in this situation.

A month ago, the hub bearing buzzed, which, it seems to me, has served its life in full. It was decided to replace it with a specialized service from specialists.
I arrived at the "service station" with a pre-purchased bearing. They were changed in principle "without complaints", if you do not take into account the tightening torque of the cone bearing nut. Since my car is not a Lada, but a Mercedes, then you need to take a little bit with your head and read some technical material (but this is not for employees of this service, they already know everything and "turn the nuts not in the first car").
The installation instructions say that the backlash of the cone bearing should be 0.01-0.02 hundredths of a millimeter. The master who was engaged in my car clamped the nut to the limit, and then "let go a little" (how much is it a little - measured by technology by eye). I was surprised by this approach and gently hinted that there is a certain device that needs to be used when installing such spare parts. To which I heard an answer like "I've been turning nuts all my life and I know what I'm doing."
As a result, all I had to do was take a deep breath and gritting my teeth, thank the specialist for the "work" and leave for my own axis.
Three weeks later, I had to return to the same service because a new bearing was already buzzing for the second time. I turned to the same master and, of course, the previous management, where I expressed my displeasure about the situation in a light form. But since I was not sure that this was exactly the fault of the "specialists" of the service station, I suggested that we figure out the reason by opening and, if anything, replacing the bearing again.
After the autopsy, it was clear that water got inside. When asked how the water turned out to be mixed with grease, I was told that it was not a high-quality grease, well, or "you have something wrong with the wheel hub, well, or there may be a thousand other reasons... But it's definitely not our fault, I heard in response.
