The level of the institution has clearly slipped over the past 10 years. The contingent in the cafe is very dubious. There are a lot of noisy and ill-mannered people.
The staff is polite, but kind of clumsy.
Nothing has changed in the interior, everything is the same antique. Heating does not work well in winter. It was not very comfortable to sit in the hall.
The food is generally delicious. The kebab is the same as 10-15 years ago (apparently the technology has not changed). The only thing that confused me was that when they took the meat home, the next day there was not the freshest flavor.

We were at this institution on Valentine's Day 2022. The surroundings are interesting, the staff is very pleasant, but the food is disgusting. Let me explain. We ordered grilled meat, fish and vegetables to garnish. I was also surprised by the huge selection of sauces. I understood why there was such a variety when the order was brought. The vegetables were so dried that they did not want to push into the esophagus in any way. Now it became clear why there were so many sauces, I had to try almost all of them in order to somehow swallow dinner. And yes, the cherry on the cake is just incredibly loud music, it's certainly good live, but not that much. I wanted to applaud the artist when he took a break. In general, it is a very amateur institution.
