Khachapuri is a boat, and in shape and taste it is not khachapuri. The only thing we could eat was vegetable salad and lipton iced tea.

We were in this cafe for the first time. Staff: neat waiters, polite, friendly. The room, despite the fact that it is open, is clean, there is no dust. Today, on September 9, we parked near the institution at the exit from the territory to the road without disturbing anyone, we came to you and ate (I don't want to talk about how delicious it was or not anymore), then we went for a swim, we come to the car, suddenly this parking attendant appears and says that as I left the car it's not right and next time He'll get me rooms. I replied that there were no seats and I parked at the exit without disturbing anyone. I immediately heard insults from him and sent me back to where I came from. I came from Russia. There were 2 children aged 7 and 10 in the car who heard these insults. We lived in Abkhazia from 2021 to the summer of 2023 in Gagra. We went to live in Anapa for the summer and the children and wife did not want to return. Today we came to pick up things that were left with friends. I'll tell you all honestly that over the years of living in Abkhazia, I saw a couple of unpleasant saleswomen and waiters, but today's negative old man (it's strange how he lived to his age) this is generally the most unpleasant thing that has happened here in 2 years of living. Because of such people, your country and institution will have fewer and fewer visitors.

A local elderly man is constantly sitting in the cafe, he is not himself! Be careful with the children! He scolds them, promises to break their heads with a stone. When I stood up for my children, took a huge stick and began threatening to beat me with it in front of all people, made threatening attacks with a stick several times to hit me, the stick was at a distance of 5 cm from my side. The children were scared… In general, the situation is not quite adequate. Maybe it is customary for them to beat women and children, but if they live off tourism, then where is the logic?!! I think that the witnesses of this scene will no longer enjoy this cafe. We are bypassing this place. And according to the reviews of other vacationers, the food there is disgusting.

Despite this, a very tired and not friendly woman accepted the order 25 minutes after the menu was issued, and for the next 30-40 minutes she could not stand anything (although they asked for it when ready), even drinks. The only thing we liked about the food was the feijoa compote. The boat was so-so, the wine was not tasty, the trout smelled of burnt oil. The dishes are dirty, the interior is also not very comfortable, despite the terrace by the sea. A wonderful day was spoiled by visiting this institution.

Judging by other reviews, the owner (a grandfather of 70 years old) swore at my friend and me from head to toe, began to threaten (we quickly left, we were afraid to answer anything), behaves inappropriately.
