Wonderful, hospitable hosts, cleanliness in the room, modern air conditioning. Cleanliness in the sanitary rooms. Washing machines are available. We boldly order delicious pastries, the hostess bakes herself, and buy sweet fresh milk.

We have been vacationing in Abkhazia with Monica and Sergey for 8 years. Always very hospitable, attentive and very sincere hosts. A cozy place to relax . The rooms are comfortable for living, clean, there is everything you need for kitchens, Parking for cars. The sea is 5 minutes from the house, the best beach for swimming.Just a few steps 3 stores. And the nature around is just super.Nearby waterfalls, Anakopian fortress, New Athos Monastery and it's all within walking distance from them. Monica bakes excellent khachapuri and delicious pizza. And Sergey's wine and chacha will not leave anyone indifferent. Thank you for a wonderful stay .I want to come back to them again and again !!!!

We rested here in 2016, 2021, 2022 and 2023. Great place, very friendly and hospitable hosts. They will always help you with everything. The rooms are clean and pleasant. There are two accommodation options: in the main house on the second floor and in a new guest complex with 8 rooms. Facilities on the floor or in the courtyard. All rooms have air conditioning. Free WF everywhere. It is possible to cook food yourself in 2 kitchens, a gas stove, absolutely all dishes, refrigerators. It is also possible to eat in nearby cafes. Also, on request, the hostess can cook pizza or khachapuri. Homemade wine, chacha, fruit compotes from your own garden, milk from your cows, all natural and high-quality are always available. There are 3 grocery stores nearby. 5-7 minutes walk to the sea at a leisurely pace. A great place, I recommend it to everyone.

A great place, I have rested here many times. Friendly hosts, always welcome, help in difficult situations. The rooms are clean and cozy. Free WI-Fi throughout, you can cook in 2 kitchens (all the necessary utensils are available), or eat in nearby cafes. To the sea 10-15 minutes on foot. You can buy your own homemade wine and chacha from the owner. The owner keeps 2 cows, so there is always fresh homemade milk. Relaxing here is pure pleasure.

I came to Sergey and Monica for the second time, in 2023 and this year, we arrived a week ago. I like everything very much, everything is at the highest level and the hosts are very welcoming people. They meet and see you off like family. This year we went with a large company, 7 people. Everyone liked everything. The sea is nearby, two shops are nearby. The rooms are clean, there is everything you need, showers and toilets, everything is clean, everything you need for cooking, refrigerators, two washing machines. There is everything, I strongly advise you to come to them there, very good people. Well, I will come there more than once. I accidentally got a photo of my cat, sorry 😅

I've rested three times already. The sea is 4 minutes away, two shops are within walking distance. The room has everything for a comfortable and simple stay: a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and air conditioning. The summer kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Most of all, the attitude of the owners is captivating: they will always help and prompt. I recommend this place to everyone.

You rarely meet such hospitable people, golden people to whom you want to return, and it's better not to leave at all, the place is magnificent, 7 minutes walk from the sea, there is always great homemade wine!!!, homemade dairy products, as they like to write from a farmer now, Hakob is a wonderful farmer, Monica's pastries, well it is not possible to break away, pizza, khachapuri m-m-m, and Sergey is a guide, he will show such bins of Abkhazia that you did not even imagine, in general, we advise you to come and relax here!!!

We have a vacation every year with Monica and Sergey with the whole family, we have been coming here for the sixth year, as to our native people.It is always very clean, cleaning takes place every day. They also greet us like family, they have good and hardworking daughters.
A very nice and helpful family with a sense of humor)
There is also a cow, you can turn to them for fresh milk and cheese! Free fast Wi-fi )

Great place!!! We relax body and soul every year right here. Friendly hosts. Wine and chacha, milk and cheese, compotes and juices of own production. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. Nearby there are shops, cafes, you can cook yourself, and eat in a cafe.

My mom and son were at Monica's for the New Year 2023. I stayed at home, worked. They sent me photos in the evenings and told me how they rest. I haven't been anywhere for 13 years and it seemed that I wouldn't want to go anywhere. I had enough worries with my hobby (aquarium) for my vacation, but now it's not enough for me. I'm looking forward to the New Year and I want to go together! There is a spiritual place and the hosts are sincere people. I want to go there myself and I advise you!
