The staff is friendly, helpful, everything is kind, the service is good. The atmosphere is calm, there is a bar at the hotel, music is turned on , it is not boring to sit, a good heated swimming pool is equipped with everything. The food is delicious, a good cook , varied , cooked quickly 15-20 from under the knife , but depending on what, there are dishes for longer . Drinks are soda , well , alcoholic . The interior is modern, the rooms are equipped with everything, the only Wi-Fi was often missing, well, this is not critical

It's expensive, but delicious. The only cafe at the SkyTerra hotel, but there is no children's menu, although there are many vacationers with children. They even refused to make mashed potatoes for the child separately, although there is a side dish for something meat on the menu.

Hello. I, my husband and three children had a vacation in early October 2021. In general, I liked everything, but there were pros and cons... I'll start with the cons:
1. It's just that we were so unlucky with the weather, it rained all 8 days (except one), none of the things dried even after ironing, due to humidity
2. The TV was almost not working, it was repaired several times (working), as luck would have it, but this is probably a coincidence.... They came when the baby was sleeping .... They woke him up... I was angry... As a result, my husband fixed it..... In general, I wouldn't care, but when it rains all day long, I would like to at least turn on a cartoon for children... But to pay tribute, everyone is friendly ...
3. When they came, sometimes the food was cold
4. The rooms in the photo are good.... I don't know about the others, but we came across with obvious traces of the previous tenants' residence....the wallpaper in between is dirty and was falling off... And so on
5. Near the pool, I would like a more pleasant coating, but I think it will still be done
6. It's hard to climb with a stroller (especially with a cane on the way up)
Now the pros that cover all the cons:
1. An incredibly beautiful place. I fell in love with Abkhazia, and this is the place!
2. The receptionists, canteen staff, and other staff are all friendly.
3. The dining room is served without frills, but it is quite tasty, but, in general, it is cozy there). Somehow at home ...
4. Beautiful territory, it is clear that they are trying to do everything beautifully, maybe it doesn't always work out right away, but nevertheless ...
5. There are so many attractions nearby
6. Everything is measured, calm, without fuss
7. There is a swimming pool, clean and beautiful, quite large... The heating seems to be there, but not strong... But in general, it's a class.
8. The air conditioner is working.

10. By the time we arrived, the room was waiting for us clean, with humor). They cleaned normally.

17. I was happy here, despite the terrible weather (except for 1 sunny day when we swam and took pictures)... Even in the rains we walked, visited beautiful places: the New Athos Monastery, the most beautiful cave, the station, the Psyrkha, the waterfall, the park, the Anakopian fortress, Stalin's cottage, walked along the beautiful embankment (and this is all in New Athos), went on an excursion to the abandoned city of Tkuarchal.... And also the cave of the Apostle Simon the Canonite, the road to her... Beautiful places, river,

Despite the fact that we went with 3 children, you can't look at everything in a measured way, it's difficult to climb the mountain, the rains caught us.... The travel agency discouraged us from going there with the children.... I fell in love with Abkhazia, I remember this vacation with such warmth... And my husband too)))) . There was no negativity anywhere. By the way, we bought homemade wine... On the way down from the monastery, the man was selling... Very tasty, it was said by everyone who tried it (even the selective and picky ones), maybe we were lucky ...
I wish prosperity to the owner of the hotel, the whole country. I wish you to preserve nature and restore the unique buildings!!! For the photo, "Sorry.".. I've already thrown it off.... I took it off the computer...

Delicious boats, delicious dishes on fire, unfortunately got to the moment when the dishes from the main menu were not served, but they were at affordable prices, there are hookahs. Nature creates a unique atmosphere, but if you are going to stay up late, take warm clothes, the nights are cool there.

A great hotel. Near the monostyr. Good cuisine. There is a private pool for the lazy. A minibus takes you to the sea 2 times a day. You can order room service. Room cleaning 1 time in three days. Not a bad hotel. But there are few cleaners, there is not enough time for cleaning, I had to remind them to clean the room. The kitchen is not bad, but you should not expect restaurant quality, just a dining room, but in general it is fine, we did not starve :)
Conveniently located, Stalin's dacha and the Athos Monastery are nearby. They take us to the sea and bring us there, but we walked. There were few dryers, swimsuits and clothes were often damp.
