We had a rest in June 2024. Everything was fine. Sincere hosts. The owner is Susanna, her daughter Susanna. Wonderful cuisine. The room has everything for a great stay. There is a swimming pool on site.

Excellent staff, delicious food, convenient location, very green area (which has a swimming pool) the rooms are clean and cozy (we lived on the 3rd floor (suite))the sea is 1.5-2 km away.

Great vacation, thanks a lot to the Manvela family!!! Insanely hospitable people. We rested there with three families. There is a dining room on the territory, the food is fresh, the portions are huge (they themselves have already taken half a portion of some items), cakes and pies are constantly there, and everything is so delicious. There is also a heated and illuminated swimming pool. Upon request, they can arrange: transfer from the airport to the hotel, delivery to any city in Abkhazia.

Good day to all. We stayed in this guest house with three families from 06/05-23 to 06/14.23. We really liked the attitude of the owners and their staff to the guests here. They try to solve any issues related to the rest in the guest house and not only. It is possible to agree on transport from Russia, to Russia, through Abkhazia. Clean, well-groomed territory , Parking places for cars. The rooms are also clean and cozy, there is a TV, kettle, air conditioning, shower, toilet. The pool was very pleased with its cleanliness and very warm water (especially pleasant in cloudy weather or at night). There is a shared washing machine.As for food, we ate right on the premises in the most beautiful cafe (dining room, whichever you like). The menu is very diverse. Susanna cooks very tasty and inexpensive dishes (if I made a mistake in spelling, excuse me) with his friendly team, for which I thank them very much. The menu changes every day, you can arrange and they will cook something for you according to your desire. Thanks to them, the spouse took a break from cooking. The cafe opens 3 times a day (breakfast,lunch, dinner) . Dinner at our place gradually turned into an evening feast thanks to delicious chacha and wine from Grandpa Samvel. In short, coming here , it's like I came to visit my relatives. To the sea, slowly in a straight line, 20-25 minutes past stalls and shops. The sea is clear, there are few people. WE REALLY LIKED IT!!!! We want to come here again! We have come across exceptionally hospitable and friendly people in Abkhazia!!! Enjoy your stay!!! Owners of prosperity and health!!!

We had a rest in August of the 22nd year. Very good! Comfortable, comfortable rooms, a chic green courtyard with a swimming pool. A dining room with decent food, which is convenient for those who do not want to cook on vacation. The sea is about 25 minutes on foot, but there are shuttles, 30-50p per person. Good for a family holiday with children, I recommend it!

A good stay in a good place. The rooms are good, not tubby, there is a capital swimming pool with cleaning and heating for those who come in the cold. The room rate is normal, we ordered six months in advance and took a small prepayment upon arrival, the price has not changed. The hosts are friendly. They have their own canteen and the food is good. I liked homemade cakes and strawberries. The territory is not large, but it is green and cozy. There is a parking lot for 10 cars to enter.Most of the rooms have air conditioning and a toilet with a shower, but not all of them when booking, specify this and the price adds up. Everything was fine with the light, it was the only place in Abkhazia, although we lived in many places during the month. I sent greetings from Easy .

Now the guest house is called Samvel's Grandfather's. It is located between Gagra and Pitsunda.
This year we were lucky enough to get to Alakhadze again, in June, to the guest house "At Grandfather Samvel's". This is not the first time we have been here, we felt really like our beloved relatives! We already lived in the second new building, in a 3-bed room on the 2nd floor with a veranda. The room is very large, bright, the bathroom is spacious, all plumbing is in perfect condition, a good shower room. All guests are provided with 2 towels - bath and face. There is a hairdryer in each room, tea accessories, a refrigerator. Air conditioning, TV, working Wi-Fi - everything for your comfort! If you need to wash and dry the laundry, iron it - no problem! Separately, we were very impressed by the new swimming pool with slopes, lighting, around which southern plants of unreal beauty are planted. You can open a large umbrella if you want to stay in the shade. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, you can feel the skillful master's hand and love for vacationers and your business.
A separate bow and thanks to Susanna, the hostess and her eldest daughter Susanna for the delicious food (breakfasts, lunches, dinners) just for a symbolic price and in such quantity! How can you have time to cook so much??!! We were tormented by the choice: dolma, cabbage rolls, chicken in different types, meat, awesome mantas, khachapuri boats - this is generally a masterpiece! Soups, salads, stewed vegetables - it's impossible to list everything! And the children for breakfast were especially grateful for pizza and scrambled eggs with nipples + sausages in dough and delicious cheesecakes!😊😊😊 And what kind of coffee they make...it's just a song!!!

It's a beautiful place. There were no problems during the stay. There are all the amenities. The food is delicious in the kitchen. Good sound insulation. The only drawbacks are not particularly frisky Wi-Fi. It is assumed that this is the problem of the farthest room we lived in.

Loooool! This is a wonderful place!
Firstly, it is not expensive. Compared to its closest competitors, there is almost a third difference in price, despite the fact that the amenities are no worse, if not better.
Secondly, Susanna. The hostess turned out to be just a sorceress and a real mistress of the kitchen. She cooks simply unique goodies! From the amazing "Napoleon" to the indescribable "Dolma".
And thirdly, the amazing welcoming atmosphere, as if you were visiting relatives.
Yes, there is a nuance. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the sea, but believe me. After eating at the hostess, it will no longer seem like a disadvantage to you.
