Today we tried to relax in this establishment, there are reasons that were greatly facilitated, BUT to begin with, the staff could enter the premises freely without our permission, which for me is a big violation of personal boundaries. What's the point of locking the door if the staff can get in there without any problems? We were waiting for food, by the way, an appetizer, at almost an hour and a half, or to be precise, up to 1.29 minutes, which is completely unprofessional for me, because in the end the fried chechil and croutons were cold and hard. After claiming that we had our own drinks, the man tried in every way to avoid showing me the CCTV footage, which I have the right to do. As a result, my evening was ruined by the fact that the problem was not solved and the institution did not even have a complaint book. I can say that I am very disappointed with the service and staff, my brother solved this problem by simply paying the bill, but my opinion about this institution has remained unchanged and I am unlikely to say good words about spending time at Mammad's. I can definitely say that if you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle and have fun with friends, then you are definitely not here. Now it is one of the most unloved places in Taraz.

A good cafe! The owner himself can be seen that he is trying to monitor his establishment, trying not only not to drop the quality of the kitchen and the general environment, but also to improve it. The barbecue is one of the best in our city! The only reason why I put 4 out of 5 was in winter and it was cool on the second floor especially when visitors came in because, it seems to me, there was too fancy a door closer left over from the summer, which did not close immediately so as not to crush the incoming visitor. P.S. If you were not greedy for such a door closer, do not be greedy and for a seasonal shift, or to change the cylinders on the heaters in time, which by the way are there.

We were last here in 2018... We used to visit quite often. Then everything is over, then there is no time, then the mood...And then Covid, quarantine!!!
We liked it so much! What a beautiful renovation, the design was done! Well done!
The service is well done, the kitchen is on fire! We rested and had a delicious meal. My husband and I really liked it.
