A good cafe for Russian tourists. Something is delicious, something is not very good. There is Russian cuisine. I don't like their tea. They understand Russian well. There are queues, and you have to wait outside. There are halves of dishes, it is convenient if a small company. The food is very tasty, the only place where you can eat good Russian food in China. The portions are huge, and the staff is very helpful and kind. A place where the stomach can rest, especially after Chinese food, which a Russian person cannot normally take.

We have come to Heihe many times, and we always stop at this restaurant.
The waiters speak Russian and serve quickly.
There is a Russian kitchen, and in the branch across the street there is a Chinese kitchen. Chinese cuisine is adapted to Russian customers , not very spicy.
Everything is written in Russian in the Menu, it is very convenient.
