We had a rest at the end of September 2024
It is cozy at home, each room has a separate entrance, the territory is very green, there are many tangerine trees, persimmons and other fruits.
The owners allow you to pick fruits, and in general they are very hospitable and helped in everything!
The sea is nearby, there are sun beds/umbrellas just a little way away - 500 rubles for a fee
The place is quiet and calm, just to take a break from the hustle and work
There are many cafes nearby, they ate in the "Veranda", they just have cosmic cheesecakes and casseroles, and there are shops and kafka and markets within walking distance.

A wonderful, quiet, cozy place for a comfortable family vacation.
Fresh air! A beautiful clean pebble beach is a 3-minute walk from the house.
The water is the purest! The sea is beautiful. There are very few people on the beach.
There are many shops, cafes, for every taste and prosperity.
The holiday home is wonderful! All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms. nodes and showers, split systems and TV. The rooms are very comfortably furnished with snow-white bed linen and the same boiling white towels.
For lovers of self-cooking, there are all the necessary kitchen utensils:dishes, refrigerator, stove, microwave oven.
The atmosphere is very friendly. The hosts are wonderful, open-minded, very contact people. This is our favorite place! We have been vacationing at Larisa's for 14 years in a row, and we dream of this shore, this house on cold winter nights. We advise and recommend everyone (just leave a place for us ...)

We lived in a room with a balcony overlooking the sea!The area is surrounded by greenery. The house is surprisingly cozy-everything is at hand, everything is new-breathes freshness, all necessities are unobtrusively thought out, the owners' sincere attitude to all the little things is felt! A neat garden, as in a fairy tale, pleases with twisted paths, tangerine and orange trees and a welcoming magnificent bush of fragrant rosemary! Climbing the twisted staircase, you will be sure of the gorgeous view from the balcony, the warmth of the room, excellent hot water pressure and that, if necessary, you will be heard and helped.The beach is 5 minutes away in peace and quiet, and most importantly-at the very beginning of the beach there is a Wonderful park and a
shopping mall along the entire coast, where everyone will find a place to their liking!

Hello everyone! I want to share my impressions of my vacation in this wonderful place.
The place is unique, the nature is amazing, the sea is warm, the room in Larisa's guest house is just super.
Everything in the house is very comfortable, clean from the linen to the territory. There is a washing machine, there is a kitchen for cooking simple homemade food, there is a balcony right at the exit of the room (it is combined with the kitchen), where we had breakfast and dinner overlooking the sea - it's just a fairy tale. We had a very pleasant conversation with the neighbors. We had lunch in the dining room, it is located about 50 meters from the house.
I recommend it to everyone, we had a very good rest, the atmosphere is cozy, homely, everyone can realize their interest. Larisa and her husband are wonderful people, they will tell you everything, show you, explain, and help.
We rested for 10 days, it was not enough for us.
If we go to Abkhazia, then only to them!
The sea is 5-7 minutes away. A shop and a canteen are nearby. Everything else is also within walking distance. If it's hard to stomp, then Larisa's husband will always help, take you, never refuse. And in general, there are wonderful people here!

Good afternoon, everyone!I want to share my impressions about the guest house "At Larisa's".This is a great place to relax, we rested from July 22 to 31, it's just a delightful guest house!Larisa has everything for a comfortable stay, the photos of the room are absolutely consistent.There is a kitchen for 3 rooms, which has all the attributes for cooking, a large refrigerator, a microwave, on the 1st floor there is a washing machine,washing powder,everything is included in the price.The room has air conditioning, an additional refrigerator, a kettle,a very good bed,snow-white linen ...,San.the knot is the purest!There is always water and light!They have never been turned off!The sea is 3 minutes away, the beach is clean, deserted, the sea is clean..The owners are just stunned, we are very satisfied!!!Larisa, thank you so much for a pleasant stay in your cozy guest house!!!You are the best!!!In 2025, we will rest only with Larisa!!!!!
