It's not the first year I've been going to Nesvizh, I really like everything and liked this cafe-restaurant until today. I come to Nesvizh every year and everything has always been wonderful. and they came there to dance. We came with a young man today, hoping for a great evening, a delicious meal and a great view. They called to book a table in the afternoon, no one answered the phone. Okay, nothing, we're staying here nearby, we came to drop the table live. We booked with a guy on the terrace on the left side. The guy did not warn that there would be a banquet that evening. The other guy warned me. Okay, it's okay, let's sit in another place.
We arrive at the reservation at 21:00, we are seated at a table where a lamp burned out above us. The menu is not visible, it is impossible to read. The waitress said that our light bulb burned out, we can transfer you to another table. That place is also dark, and we are sitting right under people. We understand that nothing depends on the waitresses, but do not put the guests there, since your lamp has burned out. In general, the evening is ruined, I expected something else.
Tip: train the staff to warn guests about some nuances.

Conveniently located, delicious dishes, national cuisine, delicious draft beer. There are beautiful halls inside and there is a picturesque terrace on the shore of the lake, where swans and ducks swim. We lived for three days in the castle, and ate with pleasure "At the Kahanka." The prices are affordable.

The location is beautiful, there's nothing inside either, but the dishes are lame.We ordered some dishes, but they did not match the description, I liked everything, but my relatives did not really.All I liked was tea (black) and pancakes.I also want to note the toilet, the smell is so-so and when we arrived there was no soap, no towels (paper).The hygienic waste bin was full and I would say overflowing.So basically everything is fine. I also want to tell you about another minus:these are soups, we went in at 18:17, and soups are prepared only from 12:00-18:00 and the same with breakfast.Maybe some people will say that this is normal, but for me personally it is not normal.

It's just terrible. There's no other word for it. We visited this "institution" on May 2 on our own. The waiting time for the order was 1 hour and 25 minutes. And then, if we hadn't started to show discontent, we would have waited even longer.
In apology, we were offered ice cream for the child at the expense of the institution. It seems that they decided that this would be the end of it, so they went to pay the bill. But no, the most interesting thing began here) when the waiter deposited the amounts on the computer, I quite accidentally saw that her numbers and the numbers on the menu did not match at all! Naturally, I asked how and what the fuck, excuse me?
The waiter called the older one, she came running, silently entered the amounts from the menu and left. A young man came, knocks out a check for us, hands it to us and the terminal. But the check, which was just knocked out and seems to have been corrected, has the wrong amount again, more decently. To my question: are you kidding me?

Oh, and about Wi-Fi. After about 30 minutes of waiting, we asked about Wi-Fi, the young man at the checkout told us that he was not working. After 10 minutes, the waitress tells the other customers that yes, there is. When we asked if there was Wi-Fi (and we are tourists from Russia, it was Wi-Fi that was important to us), the girl hesitated, surprised that we were told that it did not work. The impression was that they were just sorry.
If you, dear employees of this eatery, think that it is normal to breed customers with bills and keep guests hungry for so long, then, to put it mildly, we were fooled. A very cozy beautiful city, a cafe is located right in front of a gorgeous historical castle. And you spoil the impressions of tourists
so much. P.S. there is nothing much to say about the quality of food. Medium. Obviously, it was not worth such a long wait and an attempt to cheat with a check.

A good place at the entrance to Nesvizh Park. Clean, tidy, there were not many people. The price tag is not small. Let's just say that Caesar salad is not worth its 16 rubles, ordinary mayonnaise, dry chicken, good borscht and cold brew (8p). They wanted to order pizza, but they said they were preparing it closer to 18 o'clock.

There are a lot of impressions and no positive ones.
One waiter who barely makes it. He talks about the long preparation of the dish, and as a result it is brought first, and the rest of the order has to wait a long time. In principle, part of the order has not been prepared.
Pizza is served only after 18.00, although it can be prepared during the day!
The bartender is rude to the customers.
If you want to spoil your impression of the place, then you can go in, or better yet, avoid and visit other places.

Tinctures are not of own production, but bottling of Bulbash tinctures from bottles.
2. Well, now a HIT on the signs and banners there is an inviting inscription barbecue. We make an order, order a barbecue and the waiter's answer killed completely - today you go buy fresh meat, bring it to us, and tomorrow the owner of the establishment will PERSONALLY cook you a barbecue. When asked where the dish was, the waiter could not answer. The drinks glasses were brought in wet, as if they had just been rinsed. They also made a mistake with the number of drinks, then they reported the missing ones. No apologies, nothing. As if this is normal. This place needs to be closed or completely change the staff and attitude towards guests. Shame is a disgrace!

I didn't find any advantages. We ordered pizza and pancakes, juice and tea. Juice and tea were brought, 30 minutes passed - they asked if there would be food, they answered "a couple of minutes". After 20 minutes, he went into the kitchen himself, it turned out that they had not started cooking anything. As a result, I paid for the juice and the cooled tea. I never tasted the food - it wasn't cooked in 50 minutes. They lost a lot of time and were angry that they did not immediately say that they would not cook anything.

I would like to share a wonderful impression of this place. We went to the castle with two families a week ago, naturally we wanted to sit in a good place.. We saw a cafe with the inscription: first class. The weather was good, there was no room inside, there was only one table outside.. Considering that it was smeared, and even with a hole inside, and fell apart when you pressed it.. When she saw the tables and chairs in the backyard, she asked if it was possible to organize an adequate table and chairs, which was refused.. We thought, well, okay.. We wiped the table ourselves.. We didn't wait for the menu, we had to take it ourselves, we waited for 20 minutes while choosing the dishes. Upon arrival of the waiter, it turned out that one of the three types of dishes was missing.. We decided to simplify the task and ordered pancakes with sour cream in several portions and pancakes with mushroom sauce.. We sat waiting for another 15 minutes.. The waiter came up with an explanation, allegedly the pancakes in the kitchen do not have time to fry - they are not there.. There are only sorcerers. After this phrase, a unanimous decision arose not to stay there for a second. As a result.. It was not possible to try the food, probably for the best (given the waiter's explanations, it is easy to assume that the food is not prepared from fresh products, but from frozen semi-finished products for an unknown time). The waiting time leaves much to be desired, the broken table and the atmosphere in general are generally a sore topic of the cafe.. The small assortment of dishes on the menu is complemented by their absence. The mood was ruined.. The cafe does not reach the level of an ordinary eatery, let alone first class. I strongly do not recommend it!!!

I arrived from the Russian Federation for an international event. I came on an excursion to Nesvizh Castle, before that I went to have lunch with a group. I waited for the order for 50 minutes instead of the promised "25-30". I was satisfied with lunch, but for such a long wait for the dishes (the Greek salad was cooked for 40 minutes) I can't put it above one.

I don't like to write bad reviews, but it got me hooked, I'll share it anyway, maybe the administration will do something, because the place is great and the cafe should match..
So, in order
1. Food. For three. I didn't like the borscht, something like a cold beetroot, heated in a microwave. Pancakes are either cooked the day before, and then heated, or overcooked , dry. Sour cream was obviously spared for them.
2. The service is unprofessional.. I understand that the girl worked the first day, this excuses her, she tried, but the question again is to the administration, well, at least explain to the person the basic principles of customer service in the restaurant. We ordered kvass while the food was being prepared, waited for 20 minutes, and were reminded twice.. We barely waited. There weren't many people at that moment, the waiters didn't run away much. Then they brought the ordered dishes to our friends, they managed to have dinner, when I waited for my pancakes, it was my turn to eat. After another 15 minutes, they finally brought a trout steak to my husband. I have never seen such small steaks in restaurants before, and I would be ashamed to serve my guests a piece cut off from the tail. The husband remained hungry. It saved the coffee and ice cream, at least somehow they threw themselves.
3. There is an urn under the window on the street, this is a smoking place. I don't know what's going on with the wind rose and how the smoke gets inside, or is it a question of the windows, but when they smoked outside, I suffered from tobacco smoke.
4. The account. They asked me to split the bill . My friends attributed my kvass . A trifle, but still... It's not good..
5. Everything is very long. The appliances were brought, but I didn't count the forks. And somehow everything seems to be small, but, in general, they came out in irritation ...
I didn't even leave a tip, although this is not my principle.
