Great place! We lived on the third floor of this house, which offers a beautiful view not only of the mountains, but also of the sea! I liked the attitude towards the guests the most, thank you very much to the administrator Svetlana for the warm welcome, she paid attention and took care throughout the rest! In honor of the birthday, they even made a compliment in the form of a bottle of wine!
The house is always clean, floors, steps, tables, bed linen, they monitor it 24/7.
We were surprised by the negative reviews here, walked around half of Abkhazia, saw different "bedbugs", this place definitely does not belong to such, apparently the reviews are inflated by competitors🙈

I met her, treated her, arranged everything, told her everything. The rooms are clean. There is a kitchen with everything you need. We will come again next year.
The rooms match the price, I liked everything. Clean, cozy, and most importantly the sea is nearby! The hostess is hospitable, she will tell you everything and help! There is a kitchen and a summer gazebo, flowers in a circle, beauty!
I agree with the previous comment, it's a terrible place. The price does not match the room, dampness, smell, toilet in poor condition, it's a pity that they didn't take pictures, they only came to sleep. They shake the money as soon as I went to see the room, they don't even let me go to the ATM, suddenly we'll run away, although there was an advance payment and we left our things. the suspended ceiling sagged, it is clear that a lot of water has accumulated there, probably because our toilet was also leaking. There is no kettle or mugs in the room, there is no bedspread on the bed, only tulle on the window, although the balcony of the neighboring house is right next to it, where they constantly sit; the sockets are dilapidated, like the wardrobe. Of the advantages, only the normal repair of the room itself (which is very small, like in a cage), next to the sea and Maria's delicious dining room, and a working refrigerator. We did not change our accommodation because we came for a short time and did not want to occupy
