I did not like the location of the apartments on the 2nd floor, the entrance from the street by the fire escape. The Windows overlook the smoking room, there is no hallway. The watering can in the shower is not regulated, there are TWO sagging small mattresses on the double bed, why not put one???. We took the cheapest room for 150 rubles.

We were at the apar hotel "At the pear" on April 7, 2023. We really liked it! You come in and everything is so beautiful, artistic and very, very convenient!The hostess is so kind, punctual and attentive (it feels like a person is sensitive to his business). She guided us around the city (and the location is just a fire for a tourist! In the very center, literally 10 minutes to all sorts of beauties), quickly helped to solve problems.To be honest, at such a pleasant price, I don't want to look for anything else next time! Thank you for such a wonderful place!

Cute mini-hotel in the center of Grodno at an adequate price. The rooms are large, the staff is friendly. Probably one of the best options in the center of Grodno in terms of price-quality ratio.
The wish would only be to strengthen the Wi-Fi, since it only worked in the kitchen in the room.

We chose "At the Pear Tree" and did not regret it!The apartment hotel is great!A very good hostess, Elena, who told in detail where to go, where to eat delicious food!The rooms are interestingly renovated, everything is clean and cozy. Tea, coffee, water, etc. Cutlery, in general, there is everything you need. A large comfortable bed. It is located next to Sovetskaya Square, in the city center, the sights are within walking distance. We plan to come to Grodno in the summer, and we will choose to stay at the Pear Tree. I definitely recommend it for living!

The apartment has everything you need, including a microwave oven, a mini stove, a refrigerator, all utensils and appliances, towels, napkins.. Well, everything and probably even more)
Of the nuances : there is a restaurant-bar nearby. And it may be a little noisy, somewhere up to about 1, at least if the windows are open, voices can be heard.
It didn't bother me.

A great place, very attractive. The very center of the city. The building is old, it seems to have been built in 1899. Bathroom, shower in the room, TV with Russian channels and Smart TV. We had a balcony. There are a lot of bars and restaurants, pharmacies and banks in the area. And the price is very nice. The hostess is very good-natured, she told me everything, showed me, advised me where to go and where to eat delicious food. By the way, all our neighbors turned out to be Russians.

It's just a fantastic place. Words cannot convey all the warmth and beauty of the atmosphere.. Absolutely fresh, new renovation. Everything is very sound and high-quality: even all the lockers are on closers. All the furniture is new, everything is clean, it smells clean. I didn't want to leave these apartments: I wanted to lie down and enjoy myself.
All registration is official, with a contract. No surprises at the prices that are so popular in our country.
Ask: "Why 4 stars then?" And I will answer: there is a bar on the ground floor. Very soulful and atmospheric. That's why people sit there until 7 a.m., and their conversations can be heard as if they were sitting in your kitchen. It is impossible to close the windows: there is no air conditioner. Therefore, I had to fall asleep and wake up from conversations about infidelity, personal relationships, etc.

We rested with my husband for 2 nights. It is very beautiful, atmospheric, with a soul. The location is convenient, we were delighted with the room. For tea, coffee in the room, a separate respect, not expected) But... There is a bar downstairs, which opens in the evening and visitors talk late into the night under the windows. There were no drunks, no screams, just every word could be heard, which makes sleep extremely difficult.I would like to come back here and recommend the hotel to my friends, but how to solve this problem..?

The former communal apartment in the building of the late 19th century welcomes you with the "aroma" of the past centuries in the truest sense of the word. Some design refinements did not significantly correct the original appearance of the premises. The rooms are cramped, but the beds, linen and pillows are not bad. Towels could not be evaluated, since the staff (apparently out of a sense of extreme thrift) did not turn on the water heater, and since this gadget is carefully draped with a high-quality curtain, we guessed its presence in the morning, trying to understand the reason for the lack of hot water. There is no power supply, no parking. High-quality tea and coffee are available. In general, 2 stars are confident. The location is very convenient - the historical center and all the sights are within walking distance. Grodno is a wonderful city!

The house is more than 100 years old! The floor is a special highlight, it has been restored, but imperfectly smooth, the windows are wooden.

Everything didn't seem to be bad. A designer room. But designer things are not always convenient for life. Change the trash bucket. It's not a bucket, it's some kind of ashtray. It's so tiny. Still amazing audibility. I was ready for the fact that the customers of the bar downstairs would make noise. But when we were having breakfast, some guy coughed from the next room or I don't know from where, there was a complete feeling that he was in our room. And then they started drilling. The walls were shaking. I was not ready for this from the word at all. It seems to me that the price for accommodation is somewhat overpriced. And But I would like to note high-quality linen, a comfortable bed, the presence of a stove and dishes. The location is also great. Nice girl Lena, the receptionist. Who told and explained everything in detail.
