Shawarma was 9.9 out of 10 , shawarma bombs all taste buds at once , meat on coals, sauces mayonnaise, sweet and sour , ostrinka, cilantro, green parsley , fresh vegetables , delicious dense pita bread , shawarma , despite the unrealistic juiciness , did not leak onto the pants)

Over the past 3 years, this is the best shawarma that I have tried, namely Armenian.
The meat is simply delicious, grilled (on fire). Judging by the taste sensations, the meat itself is covered with honey and sauce (barbecue or teriyaki is definitely not tasted). The meat itself in the shawarma is just enough for about 170-200 g. The gram content of the sauce is simply the golden mean (the shawarma is not dry and the sauce does not interrupt the flavor range of the ingredients in any way, but only complements them with an exquisite taste). The top of the shawarma is a separate masterpiece that makes it clear that this shawarma is not just shawarma, but something more. Shawarma is claimed to weigh 400g, but in total it weighs about 550g. The only small disadvantage is that the shawarma itself was warm, but not hot. However, the temperature of the shawarma did not stop me from enjoying its taste and winning my heart from the first bite. All the vegetables seem to have just been picked from the garden. Even the vaunted "shawarma on a horseshoe" is not worth it.
The staff is simply at a high level. They treat each client like a family member. When ordering, we were treated to a piece of candy as a pleasant bonus.
I wish success and prosperity to this establishment, I hope the shawarma will always remain so delicious.

When the cafe "At the Rook" opened next to our work, we were just happy, because we had been looking for a place for a long time where we could order a barbecue for lunch.
The kebabs are simply delicious, soft juicy pork neck, perfectly fried, the portion includes lavash, fresh vegetables, onions, several sauces. The owner took into account all our wishes when we asked to roast onions on the grill, not to put certain ingredients.
The owner of the establishment is a master of his craft: the food is delicious, and the treatment of visitors is pleasant.

Now for the cons.
Yesterday we arrived with a group of friends and got to a beef shawarma, we always wanted to order it. As a result, we were not satisfied, when we received the order, they gave us one more shawarma, as conscientious buyers, we decided to return the extra order and figure out where whose shawarma was, since we ordered 2 spicy and 1 regular. As a result, they seemed to figure it out and I asked twice where the spicy shawarma was! Because it's not the first time I've been confused for spicy with non-spicy, I took the usual shawarma for my wife, she doesn't eat spicy food.
As a result, when we started having dinner, the shawarma was CONFUSED for me! The shawarma was barely warm, there was an abundance of sauce, which overwhelmed the taste of the meat, plus there was an abundance of cartilage in the meat, and of course I brought home a spicy shawarma that I ate myself :)
The overall impression from last night was 4.5/10.
I hope that we will not encounter such a situation again, and so we will go and buy shawarma, before this time everything was at the highest level! !!

Of all the shavuh cities that we have tried, this is the top one. They took the mix. The meat is delicious, the signature sauce is delicious, everything is generally delicious, BUT there is a bit of tar in this barrel of honey - the fresh onion is very strong and there was too much of it, the aftertaste from the onion is heavy and does not wash down. When approaching the stall, the fragrance is overpowering, it accompanies you exactly until you completely destroy the shawarma, no matter how many meters you leave the place of sale. It feels like you're standing near a barbecue outside the city and waiting for your barbecue to bake to the right state to enjoy this extravaganza of flavors.
Actually, now about the tastes:
From the first bite to the victory, your taste buds can get a million heart attacks from enjoyment, from how harmoniously everything fits into this dish: the vegetable is based on Peking cabbage, which makes shawarma easier and more enjoyable (including physically, because it becomes easier to chew); chicken, tender and juicy thanks to cooking on coals, it literally melts in your mouth, and mushrooms add an exquisite and deep taste that perfectly complements meat (in general, a mix of chicken with mushrooms is a win—win option for all times, and on coals is generally bellissimo).
All, so to speak, the insides of the shawarma are wrapped in fresh, crisp (and, despite this, soft) lavash, which perfectly holds all the juice and does not disintegrate. It's not greasy. It's juicy! Accordingly, since we are talking about juice, special attention should be paid to spices and sauce.: they are selected with skill, giving the shawarma richness and piquancy. You feel like you came to visit your relatives in the Caucasus and tasted all the delights of Armenian-Georgian cuisine again.
I definitely advise everyone who loves shawarma and kebabs to visit here! They cook with love, have heartfelt conversations, and also treat you to various treats!

Shawarma with the taste of visiting grandma in the village, when dad cooks a barbecue over a campfire, and grandma has just picked the freshest greens from the garden.
