A great place to relax. The sea is 5 minutes away on flat terrain. The friendly hosts will tell you everything and prompt you. There is a shared kitchen for cooking, dishes, freezers. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the border, you can take a minibus to any point in Abkhazia. The Internet works on site without problems. Light and water without interruption. In general, the rest was a success!

Good evening, everyone!I hope my review will help people)We had a rest with my son from 07/31 to 08/10-the rest is super, Emma's life is great, Thank you so much to the whole family!!!We were traveling for the first time, I was worried in vain, my son is small, I was worried..a huge plus, there are a lot of kids, the yard is big, there are no words for nature, 10 days have flown by, just flew by ... you can write / describe a lot ... but you need to live it, go and you won't regret it!!)I read and chose by the way according to reviews, and for good reason!Emma, your whole family is here, thank you!!!Special thanks to Svetlana (khachapuri unreal😋), wine, jam are all incredibly delicious!!!We will definitely come back and bring friends!!)Another huge plus, the border is nearby, you can walk from there to anywhere ... do not hesitate, come on vacation, you will like Emma's place🤗

July 2023. The rest will be remembered for a long time. The hosts are wonderful, helpful and friendly people. They put us in a separate house with a kitchen and all amenities. Cleanliness and comfort for 5+ 5 minutes to the sea. Lots of shops, a canteen... We will try to come again!

There were two times, in the years 21 and 22. The owners are good, they will tell and show everything. The TV, air conditioning and wifi are working. You can cook by yourself, but there are canteens and cafes within walking distance. The sea is a 5-minute walk away, the sea is clean. There are several points nearby where you can book excursions.

We chose a guest house through a website based on reviews, but faced a very unpleasant situation. We booked a room 1.5 months before arrival and the owner asked for an advance payment of 2,100 rubles. We transferred the money. But after 3 days we found out that the vacation would be postponed and we would not be able to go. We informed the owner about this and he promised to return the money in 3-4 days, but a month has passed and he has not returned it. It was not written on the website that he did not return the money, and he did not say this either during the conversation. Be careful not to get into the same unpleasant situation that we got into.

For four years I have been vacationing at the Emma's Hotel, a great hotel. The sea is nearby. If you want, cook it yourself. There is everything for this. The hosts are very hospitable, kind people. I really like to relax with them.

I visit Abkhazia several times a year. I almost always stay in this cozy guest house! This is the family business of the owners. It is always cozy and everything is arranged at home. The luxury rooms on the second floor have a double bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, shower and toilet. Interestingly, all rooms are decorated in different colors and stylistic solutions. In addition, the sea is 150-200 meters away. The beach is pebbles and sand. The sea is warm and clean. Everything is conveniently located - 5-10 minutes on foot to the border crossing with Russia. There are also taxis, minibuses, buses to anywhere in Abkhazia.
A very convenient place for recreation and business trips to Abkhazia! I recommend.

I want to share my impressions about my vacation in Tsandripsha. In a word, it's great! The check-in was from August 29 to September 14, 2020. For the first time in my life, I drove at random. I went to the website "Vacation in Abkhazia", chose a house based on reviews, called the specified phone number, but there were no places in the selected guest house. But the good-natured Suren offered to rest with his aunt. Leaving my phones, turnouts, and passwords at home to my family, I went alone to meet adventures. Varouge was waiting for me at the airport in Adler. So, by the will of fate, I ended up at Emma's. As I ordered, my room was equipped with air conditioning, TV, bathroom. a node and a shower. The sea, shops, canteens are all within walking distance (5-10 minutes). Border control is also not far away. We walked through Adler's shopping malls a couple of times. The weather was wonderful, the sea was warm and gentle. The excursions did not leave me indifferent! The good-natured hosts greeted not only me with kindness, but also my relatives who came through! Baba Emma is the diamond of the house, the keeper of the hearth! It's warm and cozy with her! What a wonderful coffee she makes!!!!!!!!!!! A plot with a variety of fruit trees and flowers. I was in a hurry and left the flower Emma gave me. So there's a reason to come back!!!!! Under the roof of this house, I became friends with guests from Moscow, the Urals and Magadan. Thanks for the rest!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll come again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
