The place has gone bad.We were a big family today. Our order: borscht, salads and alcohol.
Borsch :boiled in vegetable broth, two portions of borscht contain meat in small cubes of 4-5 pieces, with a total weight of no more than 40 grams (as in olivier pieces) in only one plate, the second is empty. The bread was brought as a gift (a piece of gray bread goes with the borscht)
Lard : there is only one in the picture, but the pig meat is salty, the fat is minimal - there is a layer between the meat.
Dumplings : the broth and the dumplings themselves are excellent, there are no questions.
Olivier salad : We won't order a second time, it's kind of a mess.
Seafood plateau : the daughter did not eat .The shrimps are small, the boiled octopus is tasteless.
The general conclusion is that we will not go here anymore, the quality of the food is two, although there are no complaints about the Quality of the products themselves. You need to change the cook to a regular one.
We were in this place for the first time, brought a glass of tincture, were shocked by the hospitality. A very friendly and sociable host, told a lot of interesting things, where to go and what to see. The kitchen is very tasty!!! The portions are large. There are both Russian and local menus. Next time we will definitely come to visit!!!
A great place in Patong, Phuket. Delicious. Sincerely, according to the Russian tradition, they are greeted with a glass and a snack (free of charge). Russian Russian dishes are plentiful (those who miss Russian cuisine), and there is also Thai cuisine. I recommend.
If you don't really like Asian cuisine, then this is the place where you can eat something native, though adapted to the realities, such as shark ear))) There's not enough room.. but everything is delicious and sincere..the owner manages the process himself in the evenings)) Respect to him!!
I liked it! In 10 years of vacations in Phuket, we have never eaten Russian cuisine.. But due to health problems, I had to look for the usual food. I took steamed patties and cream soups, porridges, my husband ordered borscht, and okroshka, and various meats, dumplings. Everything is very tasty and fast, the portions are large. It's just a pity that the place is small, sometimes they waited for an empty table.
We've known each other for many years...and every year we meet in your cozy restaurant and it doesn't matter where it is, the main thing is that you are there!
Long life to you, Uncle Yura!
Really delicious Russian cuisine 👍The portions are large , they taste like at home 😋 Borscht , solyanka , lightly salted cucumbers and potatoes with chicken cutlets came out at 670 Baht
A super soulful place. We Russians cannot live without a homeland. Thank you very much for the cuisine, the menu and a delicious dinner for my family. Super serve.
Good Russian cuisine, it's nice to switch from the local sometimes. There is borscht and lard, jelly, dumplings). Overall, the quality of the dishes is 4 out of 5. For comparison, you can go to the Kolobok.
An atmospheric place, modern video clips from the CIS countries are broadcast through a projector, children have a separate location with watching cartoons. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with the choice.
Great cafe) we always come at the end of the vacation when you start to miss your native food. Everything is always delicious and with a soul! We recommend ✔️
I have known Yura since 2007. The restaurant is great. The service is fast. The girls are doing great. There are always a lot of people. The food is delicious.as I visit Thailand, I bring kvass wort, mustard and horseradish. The gift is always different. I definitely recommend it. Dumplings stick by themselves
It's a great place. On the 5th-6th day, when you will eat enough local cuisine, eat enough fruits and you will want to stay in a homely atmosphere, eat European food... Visit this cafe. The food is delicious. The owner of the cafe is friendly, sociable and attentive. If necessary, it will tell you what you are interested in.
Great Russian restaurant in Patong ! Soulful, delicious Russian and Thai cuisine. To teach wonderful Thais to cook the best Russian dishes - Uncle Yura is just a brilliant man who adores his work and loves his guests - and this is so important and, by the way, not so common😊🥰😇
A spiritual place for Russian tourists. Uncle Yura will always meet with a compliment from the institution and, if necessary, will tell you in detail about the excursions whether it is worth going or not ;) The kitchen is on top. During the rest we visited several times.
I expected more from this bar, but Uncle Yura is a pleasant person, he communicates with visitors. But food is definitely not their thing (what they didn't try didn't like (
We have known Uncle Yura for more than 10 years. A friendly host, you can always talk and share. It's nice to chat in Thai with a compatriot (local). The cuisine is excellent, the prices are reasonable. Recommend.
The restaurant is located on a very busy street, next to The Lunar Hotel. It is mainly inhabited by Russian tourists. This restaurant has a variety of cuisine, but the demand is mainly Thai and Russian. It is always crowded here, the staff is very hospitable. The menu is in Russian. The order is prepared quickly. A nice welcome surprise from the owner of the establishment is a glass of cold liqueur)). We had lunch a couple of times, ordered Thai soups, shrimp, fish. Everything is very tasty.

Just a piece of Russian exoticism and cuisine in Phuket. When visiting, the complement from the institution is a glass of bitter tincture. There are no air conditioners, and the existing fans cannot cope with the heat, especially in the depths of the restaurant. The prices are high, the dishes are ordinary, the portions are small, dumplings and dumplings are one name , buckwheat porridge is not tasty, all dishes differ from our home, Thai notes in everything, there are a lot of dishes in batter, as in all of Thailand, the volume of salads is created due to the abundance of cabbage, green salad, carrots and sauce, and indeed, there are very few ingredients in the form of meat, tuna, chicken, seafood in the dish. You can come in for photos and a change of scenery.
A good place to eat and sit with the company, Uncle Yura himself receives guests, treats them with his signature tincture. Of the cons, there is no air conditioning, only fans
Borscht was like from the canteen at the ZIL factory of the 1985 sample (vegan, half potatoes and beets for 0.5 liters of water), olivier bourdais, shvakh dumplings, the place is rubbish. Uncle Yura doesn't like guests, he's just the mascot of the place.
The food is delicious, the portions are large, but the prices are too high for Patong. If you miss Russian cuisine, then I recommend going. The owner walks around the cafe, communicates with the guests.
A cool barker. I enjoyed eating there several times.drunk Russians enjoy listening to his stories. You can drink your beer carefully if you buy something to eat there. The prices are average. Everything is fresh.
We were in April 2023, there are no questions about Russian food, which of our guys ordered, they said it was delicious, we ordered Thai food (rice in pineapple) it was not tasty at all, the rice was overcooked, the dish itself was tasteless. The owner of this institution came up to us and asked if we liked everything, they honestly said that the rice was not very good, to which we were offered to pack it with us, to which we once again said that we did not want to take it because it was not tasty, were ignored. Here is such a service 😀
A wonderful cafe that I have been visiting since my very first vacation in Phuket (then it was still on the first line). Excellent cuisine both Thai and Russian at normal prices. Considering that Thai cuisine here is still adapted to the Russian taste, which can not be said about other cafes with similar dishes. Any dish is always very tasty and the portions are good))
Thanks for the aperitif!!!But pork meat is not salty and tough. The dumplings are not delicious. In Russia, bought ones are even tastier. The soup is normal.
I didn't like it at all! Maybe once this cafe worked for quality, but now it's just for quantity and for the flow of people! Small portions of the second courses, and the dumplings were generally brought cold, when they were told about it, they just poured boiling water into the plate!!!! Solyanka is not at all like the original ! I do not recommend it, if you want to have a delicious meal, then go to the Bun!!!
Excellent Russian food and a large selection on the menu. There is also Thai food! The portions are large! My wife and I really liked it! We recommend it!
It's a great restaurant. When you get tired of the local Thai cuisine, come here. There is even okroshka and lard. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, it's just a salvation for Russians!!!
The best restaurant in all of Thailand, the owner personally greets everyone, sits them down at the table and treats them with his signature tincture. And the kitchen is just at the highest level.
It's fine, you can sit and eat borscht.
They will pour a glass on the path as it should be.
They understand a little Russian, they are quite capable of accepting an order. I recommend.
A good cafe with Russian and Thai food near the hotel. The prices are average . I was disappointed by the long wait for the order. I hope it's not always like this here and I was just unlucky that day.
A good four. I was there once and ordered room service. The menu is varied, cooked quickly. The waiters hardly speak Russian. In the end, everything was sorted out, the food is good
When you really miss Russian food, you should go to this restaurant, they cook delicious , there are no empty seats in the evening,

The cafe has deteriorated very much. Fried rice is boiled. We ordered pieces of crocodile, so apparently they change the deep-frying oil once a year. The price tag is above the average for Patong. I do not recommend it.
