Excellent value for money. The location is great, near the metro and 5 minutes to the center on foot. The hotel itself is very comfortable, good breakfasts.

Very dirty rooms. The floorboards creak in the hallway, you can hear it in the room. My friends had some kind of insects in their bed! Trams run under the windows, i.e. at first you do not sleep, because the bar is noisy under the room, in the morning you wake up from the trams. Yana's senior manager reacts inadequately to any remark, starts shouting and saying that she doesn't owe anyone anything, she doesn't like it - get out. It's a strange attitude for a hotel in the center of a European city.
