We have been to Abkhazia several times. We always visit the cafe "u Bori".The hospitable hosts will feed you a delicious barbecue, talk to you, a pleasant place. There is a cafe on the main street-you can not pass by.

We ordered a kebab on the grill. They brought two pieces of chicken nuggets fried in a frying pan. Terrible taste , incomprehensible mess. We also ordered vats in a pot. The meat was not clear and whose, as if the vats were made without adding meat, and then the century-old stale cooked meat that had been lying in the refrigerator for a long time was colored before serving. It's bad that the reviews were read later. Wasted money and time. They didn 't eat anything .They got up and left

I do not recommend visiting!
Salads are bland, about nothing.
Khinkali semi-finished products, cooked in 3 minutes
The serving was with sauce (although we did not order it), naturally it was calculated for us
Instead of a hot frying pan with pork, they brought an ordinary plate with CHICKEN (boiled potatoes, a couple of pieces of chicken (instead of pork), some mushrooms were sliced on a plate, all this was abundantly poured with mayonnaise).
As a result, they also billed much more than in the menu. Disappointed.
This is not the MOST delicious place!

I've only been in once. There were few people, and the adjacent dining room was closed. Somehow we bought a grilled chicken, my wife refused to eat because of the taste of fish, I tried it at my own risk. Then there were unforgettable moments waiting for me, both from the top and from the bottom with the toilet. I've only been poisoned like this twice in my life. It turns out that these chickens are made before lunch, then they stand in the sun until evening. Then they are packed in polyethene bags. Draw your own conclusions as they monitor the plumbing.

We arrived in the evening. Quickly throwing things in the house in which he lived and going out into the street saw this "cafe".
I asked what I could eat so that I wouldn't have to wait very long. They advised borscht and olivier salad.
They brought a slightly thick soup that smelled of rotten meat with drops of fat or oil floating on the surface, the sight of which just made me sick.
The desire to take food here immediately disappeared, but since I really wanted and the possibility that they could spoil the salad was rejected by me.
I asked for a salad with butter, but they brought it with mayonnaise, which I pushed aside.
The boiled sausage was cut into the salad right with the shell, the worker said that "well, I accidentally got into it.".. everything was immediately clear when the soup was brought.
He didn't eat anything, not even bread.
Very sad. Don't spoil your vacation.

SIT DOWN-EAT - the canteen, which is better!
pluses: 1. There is a toilet (in many places they are not here).
minuses: 1.In nenu as part of a crab salad
there are cucumbers AND THERE ARE NONE!!!
2. The shish kebab is too salty (it turns out to be also smoked).

Delicious homemade food, inexpensive. We had lunch here several times: vats, dolma, pancakes with meat, dumplings, rustic potatoes, soups, vegetable stew - I liked everything. If you need high cuisine, chic surroundings and ingratiating stares from the waiters, then you are not here😀 But it's just enough to eat

We had a vacation in Abkhazia in August 2020. Everything was fine until the whole family visited Borya's cafe. The service and utensils are at the lowest level. A garland with a winding and age-old web decorated above us. A kebab man worked opposite us, who apparently does not know the sanitary rules. After dinner, we all turn inside out from all sides. Without tears from the pot, we drank all the medicines we had overnight. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, walk past this place. The only cafe that meets all the requirements in the nearest district is the "Abkhazian courtyard. Apsny", the highest level of service and excellent dishes.

It's a disgusting cafe because firstly they don't know how to cook there at all and secondly because they blatantly lie! We saw the inscription - lamb kebab. They came in, asked, first they said there was no mutton, and then they said there was. In general, we sat down at a table, ordered two portions of lamb loin, sauce, grilled vegetables, dolma, bread and lemonade. They brought lemonade, bread, and then dolma. We tried it and it turned out that it was served with mayonnaise! Dolma and mayonnaise!? I've never eaten anything like this. Moreover, there was minced meat inside of something, definitely not meat. I took it back, saying that we would not eat it with mayonnaise and dolma with mayonnaise was not served. Moreover, the waitress heard that I take dolma for children of 3 and 7 years old. In response, she said that why didn't you tell me not to put mayonnaise?!!! There was no mayonnaise on the menu. Vegetables were served next. It was clearly not vegetables on the grill, but as if they had been cooked. Completely tasteless. And then they brought "mutton" as they called it! They were pieces of meat with bones. But it tasted like beef. Moreover, there was no smell of a loin there. It was impossible to chew it. The kids spat it all out too. I took it back, saying that it was impossible to eat it, because it was impossible to chew it. And the waitress assured me that it was the freshest mutton. In the end, we only paid for bread and lemonade. And the hostess of the cafe turns out not to know what a loin is at all!!!! In general, we got the impression that it doesn't matter who goes to them, they are not responsible for the quality, they don't know how to cook and blatantly lie to catch suckers and make money on them. Don't go there, it's disgusting!
