We rested from 06/21/24 to 06/23/24 with 2 families with very young children (one child is 4 months old, the other is 8). Therefore, comfort was important to us first of all. The estate is very cozy-a large well-groomed territory with hammocks, sun beds, swings, gazebos, horizontal bars, a sandbox for children. The landscaping of the site was especially attractive. My children and I only went to the house for the night, the rest of the time we spent on the site. The house and the gazebos were very clean and tidy, it is clear that they are carefully preparing for the arrival of guests. I really liked the idea of the estate: everything is in the Belarusian style, every little thing reminds us of the way of life of our ancestors. The owner himself is a very hospitable man, he made us a cool bathhouse. There is also a beautiful lake near the estate, you can fish or just go swimming. In general, we have something to compare it with and we plan to come there again in the future.

The manor itself is well maintained.The owner Valery is constantly present in the yard, does not allow music to be turned on even before 23.00, behaves rudely. There's not even a shower.

This year we decided to go to Belarus instead of Crimea. We found a nice house, contacted the owner. He painted everything beautifully for us, threw off links to videos about his estate. There are photos of friendly smiling hosts in the reviews. We traveled together (my son and I, and my sister and her husband). In negotiations and correspondence, we were offered a house with a toilet and shower, a sauna. Only the owner did not mention that the toilet is located in the bedroom where the couple lived, and the shower is generally in a separate bathhouse. My son and I had to go to the toilet, which is located on the street. Because stepping over the bed is not entirely ethical. And even more so to relieve oneself in the presence of a stranger. I had to wash my face in the kitchen sink, where they cooked and washed the dishes. All the cupboards in the house were filled with household items. Our belongings were modestly piled in a corner on the floor, because there were no basic hooks on the walls. On the third day, the mice ate our cookies. Then we just started getting eaten by fleas. Believe me, the pleasure is below average. We were promised that during our vacation we would be the only owners in this cottage. And that was not the case. The owner lives in the sauna in the recreation room. And he is there all the time. And if you want to take a shower, you need to go to him. There are no latches on any of the doors in this bathhouse. Therefore, when you take a shower, cough louder so that the owner knows that you are washing there. But the most interesting thing about the bath is that for some reason all the taps are located on the ceiling. I have 1.60. To open or close the water, I had to perform acrobatic tricks on a small stool. You go into the shower room, hang your clothes and towels on the windows and door handles, and wash yourself so as not to soak your clothes. The owner was constantly and everywhere. It seemed that he was a member of our family. They will write to you that there is a garage, but do not expect it to be for your car. The owner's car is parked there. Two rural shops are within walking distance. But they work as they want. The nearest grocery store is 15km away. Minibuses run three times a day. It is also necessary to go 7-8 km to the reservoir. This estate is a great place for company for 2-3 days. I'll give you a C. Best wishes to everyone: People, be vigilant!!! And I want to tell the owner that you can't hide anything. Especially if you are engaged in such a business.
