We had a rest in the summer of 2023. A great place, especially for a large family. All rooms can accommodate 4 people.
On the territory there is both a two-storey house with rooms and detached cottage houses (photo inside attached). Also on the territory: there are 3 kitchen areas where you can cook your own food without problems, there is a barbecue, a couple of garden swings, a hammock, a garden (trees/ bushes), a swimming pool, sun beds, a smoking room, an outdoor shower and toilet, washing machines, a clothes dryer, an ironing board, 3 or 4 wi-Fi points-fi.
There were no questions about the Internet, 85 percent of the time it worked well.
It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea, no more. The beach is pebbly, sometimes cows come out on it, do not be surprised cows are everywhere and everywhere, they do not interfere with relaxing on the beach in any way. While we were resting, the water was good and clean, although sometimes garbage is taken out of the river (a couple of times in two weeks).
The rooms have everything you need (air conditioning, TV, warm water...), the only thing the girl lacked was a hair dryer, but the climate is quite hot, and it will dry out)
The owners themselves are friendly, ready to help with all questions, Artyom (the owner) is more technical (if something broke ...) of course, Anna (the owner's wife) is more of a household (new towels, cleaning...) parts.
There is a good dining room nearby (and not even one). There is also an excursion point and a bus stop nearby. If you decide to get here with suitcases on minibuses, then of course you will succeed, but I recommend a transfer from the owner because taxi drivers will have sky-high prices. If you arrive by car, then you can drive it into the yard.
All of the above applies to the advantages. Next, about the disadvantages.
The first thing that confused me was the service. We went to a clean room and in two weeks no one cleaned it once, they swept the floor on their own once. In the beginning, I was fine and so, this cleaning is not much needed, but there is a little trouble.
Second. There is a large Paradise Bitche hotel nearby, a disco is played on the shore every night until 23:00, it didn't bother me personally, but maybe it's critical for someone

I do not know who gives five stars and is delighted with this guest house, probably relatives who are constantly there and there are many of them (according to the owner)
I have a score of 2, and in no other way.
The suite, as the owner told me, is far from luxurious (or we have different understandings about such rooms)
We booked in advance, there is no deception here, we arrived on the day of arrival in the evening at about 20:30 we were met.
When I allegedly went into the suite, I was just shocked, the room was for 3-4 people, there were three of us, but there were only 2 chairs, how to eat for the family at the table next to the entrance to the room is not clear, 2 towels - thanks though big, and it's good that I always take my own just in case (although in suites must have at least 2 for each) about soap accessories, they probably don't know what it is (I don't need them, but in principle) there is no elementary air freshener)))) in the bathroom (or rather the bathroom unit) everything is rusty (well, if you have humidity there, why put an urn, a brush and a soap dish with metal elements) and an incomprehensible old rug (which I put on the door), the room is dirty (I'm not super clean, but it's elementary in the corners and you can brush the cobwebs off the chandelier) and the floor is normally washed
The shared kitchen is for six rooms with rusty Soviet-era refrigerators, worn torn oilcloth on the tables, Thank God the microwave oven is working normally)
The territory is not large, more or less- flowers, shrubs, several swings and dirty sun beds.
The road to the sea: you can go directly through the gate- only it's dirty there, and the "mines" left by cows, well, that's okay, but the path that 20 meters could be filled with rubble or gravel, and there are just remnants of the osb plate, or bypassing 6 minutes.
With all this, the price per day is 5000.
So if you want a local flavor, then go there)))))
And the wine that the owner sells is far from homemade! It's not very good to deceive your guests....

We rested here in July 2023. A great place for families with children to relax. The focus is on families with children. It's quiet and peaceful in the evenings. No one is shouting from the neighbors in a drunken stupor, everything is cultural. Outdoor kitchen under a canopy
We got into a flood, but it didn't spoil the rest.
Artyom Andreevich and his wife have beautifully equipped the territory, especially for children, There is something to do. The beach is 2 minutes away, the beach is clean, there is no dirt.
I recommend this place to relax.

Next to the sea (there is a separate exit), next to the dining room. Everything is clean and tidy. It is thought out to the smallest detail (for example, there are fumigators and bathroom mats). For children there is a sandbox, a swing, a swimming pool. The hosts are friendly. The minus is small: the owner warns that people are resting around and that small children should not make noise. There are a lot of children and there is no noise from them. But there is a lot of noise from the vacationing adults themselves in the late evening. But they are not being reprimanded.
I advise you to rest. Probably one of the best houses in Alakhadzy.

The guest house is located a five-minute walk from the sea, near cafes, shops, kebabs, excellent cooking, tour organizers, etc. Artem is a very hospitable and caring host, tries to organize a comfortable stay for his guests, instantly reacts to all wishes. The rooms are small, but clean, cozy, there is everything you need - a shower cabin, hot water, TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, a set of beautiful white towels, air conditioning, dishes. There is free parking, an orchard, a large swing, a sandbox and a pool for children.

We had a rest from 07/06/2012 to 07/15/12. I really liked everything!!! A quiet, pleasant place for a family vacation. No stars are applicable to a hotel (this is not a hotel), you are just like at home, but 2 minutes from the sea!!! (there is another guest house Artyom closer to Gagra, do not confuse them!!! It's far from the sea) It's just a song for kids...there are many shady places where you can play in the heat ... and in the evening you can't drive into the room. 4 garden swings, barbecue, children's pool, outdoor shower, etc. Thanks a lot to Artem and Anna!!! We had a rest in August 2022. The owner is a friendly person. The sea is a 2-minute walk away. We ate in the dining room next to the house. The host does not warn when booking that the doors to the territory are closed at 23.00 and you need to warn in advance that you are late. There is a cafe with discos on the beach. There was no light for several days in a row, there was no hot water on the day of departure, and the TV in the room shows only one channel. Cows often appear on the beach. In general, this is a remote village. The impressions of the holiday are not rosy.

We had a family vacation with 2 children from June 15 to 25, I really liked it. A cozy and large courtyard will be enough space for all children and adults. The room is clean with air conditioning. The beach is literally just around the corner. The hosts Anna and Artyom are pleasant and hospitable people.

The territory is very beautiful, well-groomed, they put a swimming pool for children, several swings, a gazebo with a barbecue, the rooms are clean, snow-white bed linen, air conditioning, shower and toilet in the room. We were looking for a quiet and sparsely populated place, since we were traveling with 3 children, and they are naughty, since all the guys) What can I say... Everything is great!!! There is a large territory, a swing, a pool for children, a barbecue, a gazebo, even a tower! 2 kitchens, 2 houses.we lived in a wooden one on the ground floor. Toilet, hot water, TV, air conditioner, wifi. The cafe is right there, right behind the fence. The sea is nearby. But if you want to walk around cafes and restaurants, you are not here. It's more of a relaxing and family vacation. Although we met wonderful neighbors and had a lot of fun. And what wonderful hosts! Artyom and Anya are very good-natured and will always come to the rescue and advise!all the relatives who visited them are all good. Uncle Vova lives next door and look at him -he will definitely treat you. A very good man! You rarely meet such people.
