We rest at Anoush's for the second time, all rooms are equipped with amenities, 15 minutes to the cleanest sea along a cozy street with shops and cafes, the yard is well maintained, clean, parking in the yard is free, wi-fi is free, the kitchen is shared, very clean, the hosts are friendly!
Yes, it happens that the electricity is turned off (for a maximum of 2 hours per day) and wi-fi does not work, BUT! It's a thrill for me! Spend more time with your family and enjoy nature-mountain view! Oh yes,
Barbecue area in the yard, under tangerine and trees! Very atmospheric! The beach is pebbly, there are not many people! There are bars and cafes on the beach, but not noisy, there is a rental of sap boards, sun beds (200 r / day), umbrellas (400 r / day), bananas, ATVs.

We stayed at Anoush's with a group of four people for 8 days and were just delighted with how much the hosts create a welcoming atmosphere. We felt at home, the owners were always ready to help, answered all our questions, advised. The rooms are excellent, clean, newly renovated and air conditioned. There is a kitchen and a pleasant garden with tables and benches. The area itself is very pleasant, the beach is about 15 minutes away, there are shops, canteens, cafes and restaurants nearby. The hosts provide a shuttle service for an additional fee, which is very convenient. We also took a lot of excursions from Anoush and mostly liked everything. The hosts are very kind, pleasant people and even when we had already rented the room, they allowed us to stay for a few more hours while we were waiting for departure. I strongly advise you to stay!

Nice rooms with a fresh renovation. 15-20 minutes to the purest sea. The beach is wide
- there is enough space for everyone. There are many cafes of all kinds along the street. Friendly hosts, you can always agree on the price, room. I consider it a very good option for a vacation, nature, the sea, mountain views negate all possible disadvantages of renting housing in the private sector, and even more so from Anoush. We will definitely come again!

In general, everything is fine, the room is clean, shower, toilet, kitchen, everything works fine. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. Of the cons: in the evenings, there was often no hot water in our room, no Wi-Fi (I had to buy a local SIM card), the lights are often turned off and, accordingly, there is no water (no), weak voltage in the sockets (the phone could not charge up to 100% overnight). One of the advantages is the room rate. If the shortcomings are eliminated, then it is quite a decent place.

We had a rest quite recently, it's terrible. Check-in is at 14 o'clock, although usually at 12, like everyone else. The owners may yell at your children for running. The wiring is suffering, there are power outages. Don't turn on the conder!! The light of kirdyk will come!! There were constant yells from the owners when they had a granddaughter visiting, the screams could be heard all over the site.
For detergent 500 rubles per person, aren't you stupid there?
Don't even touch the hostess's plates, God forbid she'll tear her hands off. It turns out that if you walk around the streets, the prices will be lower than here. And the amenities are probably better.
I do not advise anyone to go there, they row money, but treat them like yard dogs.

God forbid you take her plate,,, even if she signed it then, it's better not to look under the bed in the rooms. In general, if you buy honey, honey, juices, etc. from them. I give you honor and praise, and so, Anoush will be rude at every moment

I wrote a review that the prices on the site are the same, but Anoush demands 2 times more expensive in Whatsapp. And then Anoush poured so much dirt on me, it's indescribable!
